This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋

This family trip to Xiangshui Bay Junlan was an absolute delight! ✅ Absolutely fantastic location: Within walking distance of the beach, the waters of Xiangshui Bay are crystal clear and azure blue, even more beautiful than I imagined. The beach is clean and less crowded, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset – incredibly romantic. ✅ Spaciousness: The villa rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable living rooms, bedrooms, and courtyards. A large family could comfortably stay, and the kids could run and play freely. ✅ Excellent service: The dedicated butler was incredibly attentive, helping with deliveries and takeout, and providing on-call luggage pick-up and drop-off services. We didn't have to worry about anything, truly achieving a ”relaxed vacation.” ✅ Healing environment: The park is lush with greenery and exquisitely landscaped, perfect for strolling or simply relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect place to unwind and de-stress. In short, the value for money and the overall experience were both excellent. The whole family was very satisfied and will definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality family vacation! ❤️

Perfect for moms with kids, there's a playground and free childcare service. Adults can relax in the tea room or unwind in the game room – truly a place where everyone can enjoy themselves. There are tons of activities nearby: 🐢 5 minutes to Lotte Homestay, where you can pet adorable tortoises! 🌴 20 minutes to the soothing Clearwater Bay beach 🎢 15 kilometers to R&F Ocean World The guesthouse is also incredibly attentive, with a dedicated butler who answers all your questions. Most importantly, it's pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends on vacation!

My expectations were not disappointed; it was a truly pleasant surprise. The boathouse has a unique and novel design, making it truly special. Breakfast was abundant, and listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing. The hotel butler was exceptionally attentive, responding super quickly and fulfilling every request. They even provided recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, showing great diligence. Furthermore, the hotel grounds feature charming bridges, flowing water, beautiful flowers, and palm trees—every step reveals a new scenic view. It was a perfect stay.

We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

From your room, a shuttle bus takes you directly to the beach and the hotel's infinity pool, offering breathtaking views. Service: After booking, a butler will assist you, providing directions, parking, and other services. You can also call the butler upon departure to help with your luggage.
