"Bringing a child, Xiao Liang at the front desk helped upgrade the room. The service was very good. The hotel room was large, the bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was convenient for hanging clothes, but it was still not dry without dehydration overnight. It is recommended to equip it with a self-service laundry room. The hotel is a little far from the beach on foot, so it is not suitable for multiple round trips every day. There are many water activities on the beach. It is not as quiet as imagined, especially for wedding photos. The scenery is left with petals all over the ground, which is quite annoying. After the tide receded at night, I went to the beach to catch crabs the size of fingertips, and nothing else. The next day, I made an appointment to learn surfing through the promotional board at the pool bar. It seemed to be an external cooperation of the hotel. It was 300 per person for 1 to 2. The price was moderate, and the coach was also more serious. Unfortunately, the waves in Qingshui Bay were not big. I had to wait for a long time to catch a wave. I didn’t practice much, and it would be better in the summer. There were not many breakfast options in the hotel. I could eat enough, but there was no surprise. You can also order lunch, but you can’t deliver it to the room. The restaurant is open and air-conditioned, which is not good. It was quite hot at noon. You can take away your own food at the restaurant, and the takeaway box is charged separately, which is not like the five-star standard. There are not many takeaway options here, and you have to drive out to eat. It is enough to stay for 2 days. There was active cleaning and towel replenishment in the middle, and I was satisfied with the cleaning work."

"Pros: The location is excellent. Our balcony faced the lighthouse, offering beautiful views of the first morning sun. The hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade as it overheats quickly. The disposable slippers were of poor quality, and I wouldn't dare wear the shower slippers. 2. A small suggestion: it would be nice to provide the uncle with a table and chair by the entrance, so he can rest and work comfortably and respectfully."

Being a new hotel, the staff are also quite new, with many interns, so their less-than-perfect reception skills are understandable. There are many activities for children, and the staff are quite young. The outdoor pool isn't heated, so it can be a bit cold to swim in during winter, but you can still swim in the afternoon. A big shoutout to the young man with glasses driving shuttle bus #03 – he had the best attitude. Honestly, I don't understand this hotel; how can it be so far from the lobby to all the different buildings?! But then again, it's not expensive and it's new, so never mind."

"Agile community offers a decent guesthouse/hotel that's close to the sea. The front desk provides some complimentary items, but some are only single servings, like coffee and ice cream. While the service is fine, having just one portion of food items seems a bit unbalanced, haha. The commercial street is convenient, but prices at some shops are even noticeably higher than in Haitang Bay. For example, a classic McDonald's trio that usually costs 30 is sold for 54 here. McDonald's and Starbucks are usually good benchmark brands for comparison. In this regard, even though staying in Lingshui might offer better value for money generally, it's worth considering the daily expenses if you opt for a high-value regular hotel. From this perspective, for family travel, choosing a surrounding five-star hotel might actually offer better value in comparison."

"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"I stayed for two nights. The good points are that the scenery is indeed beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. However, there's virtually no service, so be sure to consider that before coming. There aren't many attractions in the park; one day is enough to explore them all. Kids might prefer digging in the sand on the beach. While the hotel supposedly offers a butler service, the butler did nothing beyond adding me on WeChat. They only bothered to ask if I had a good stay after I had already checked out and left, which was ridiculously slow. I also recommend avoiding the complimentary travel photography service. When I called to book, they were very evasive about pricing, muttering about 'many packages' without giving any details or quotes. After the shoot, when choosing photos, they deliberately show you the retouched versions first, then compare them to the unedited originals to push you towards buying the retouches. Honestly, the unedited shots were really ugly. I took photos at 8:30 AM on a bright, sunny day, and the results were worse than what my phone could capture. It made me strongly suspect they deliberately manipulated the raw files to make the retouched ones look better. If those were the genuine unedited shots, then the photography skills are truly questionable. The most infuriating part was the ridiculously inflated prices for photo selection. They seemed to charge different people different rates, clearly gauging customers. For someone not good at bargaining, this was a terrible experience and felt like the hotel and photography studio were colluding to rip people off. In comparison, at my previous hotel, for the same price, I received all raw photos plus 10 retouched ones. The quality of those raw photos was comparable to, or even better than, the retouched ones offered here. Yet, for the same price, this place only gave me 12 photos they claimed were retouched."

I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. I tried calling for luggage assistance multiple times, but no one ever picked up. On the other hand, they were remarkably proactive and persistent with calls reminding us about check-out."

ZZpiaoliang666To sum up first, it’s a surprise overall🎉 From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out. The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~ Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel! When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

GGuest UserMy daughter and I recently stayed at Raffles Hotel Clearwater Bay, and Darryl's service was truly heartwarming. After we checked out, I realized my daughter had left her small toy in the room. I contacted him, and he immediately found it, carefully packed it, and shipped it out the same day, even proactively providing the tracking number. Throughout the process, he communicated patiently and even thoughtfully covered the shipping costs himself. This kind of responsible and meticulous service made us feel the hotel's sincerity long after our trip ended. My daughter was overjoyed to get her lost toy back. This level of care, far exceeding our expectations, was truly unforgettable.

EEE089800San Yue Hotel is amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful. The sea view room was incredibly spacious and elegantly designed. The vanity area was quite luxurious, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing so many bottles of mineral water – truly considerate! There's a delicious Chinese restaurant on the 20th floor, and on the 21st, there's a sky pool with a spot where you can sit, enjoy the breeze, and watch the sunset – absolutely perfect! The hotel's beachfront garden is also stunning, and the Mulan photography service was excellent; the photos turned out beautifully! I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance. It's a fantastic hotel!

GGuest UserThe environment is great, and the experience was comfortable. Our room had direct access to the pool, though it's a bit cold now. The water park offers unlimited access, and it would be a lot of fun when the weather warms up. The butler's service was excellent, always attentive to our needs. The hotel's buffet was also quite good. The less ideal aspects were the breakfast, which felt a bit perfunctory compared to other hotels of a similar caliber. Also, the room had an indescribable damp-plus-furniture smell, or some other odor that, as a Northerner, I found a bit off-putting. However, all these minor issues can be overlooked because the butler's service and their genuinely kind attitude truly made up for any shortcomings. It's a hotel worth staying at.

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel. All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free . On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy. Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians. Upload Fotos does not work.

FFeifeiThe hotel's design is full of artistic flair, and the rooms are large with a simple yet grand aesthetic. The layout is well-planned, and the cleanliness is commendable. The balcony is a good size, facing the sea, so you can watch the sunrise directly from bed or while sitting on the balcony. The bathroom area is spacious and very user-friendly. The bedding is comfortable, and the speaker system is excellent. Tilly provided warm and prompt service, and the room service was also very thoughtful. The breakfast lattes were delicious, the tea eggs were tasty, the fruit selection was abundant, and there was a wide variety of desserts and bread. The hotel shares common areas with Kimpton, which are well worth exploring, even if you get a little lost. It's also close to the beach with fine sand, though the sea breeze can be quite strong in the afternoon. You can spend an entire afternoon swaying in a hammock under the palm trees, or relax on a lounge chair by the pool, enjoying the gentle breeze and gazing at the infinity pool, lost in thought. Overall, the experience was great, and I would choose to stay here again in the future.

AAnonymous User非常棒的賓館，設施齊全，房間面積夠大，衞生非常乾淨，床鋪鋪的板正，沒有污漬！環境清新，位置好找，睡覺安靜隔音好！床墊挺舒服的，窗簾遮光度高，衞生間夠大，東西都很齊全。需要東西給前台打電話，都能滿足解決！樓下的礦泉水可以暢飲，非常好！服務態度很好，主動打招呼，並有問必答，第二天要帶孩子趕海，前台貼心的幫忙查潮汐表，免費借給我們使用趕海工具。知道廚房免費可以使用後，借賓館的小電動車去市場買了點海鮮，又省了一筆錢[呲牙]，這項服務太到位啦，已經推薦給身邊要來陵水的朋友了，門口的看門貓非常可愛，沒事就在門口擼貓玩[捂臉]

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
