Strasbourg Hotels with Bars

New fantastic hotel near to the center of the city. Sophisticated design, great cosmetic (special thanks for the hear conditioner), big enough room, really good breakfast, silence and comfort. Will recommend it to all my friends who goes to Strasbourg.

The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel. It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs. Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

Good location. Room was big, modern, clean and comfortable. However, the room was only cleaned on every third day of the stay so we only stayed two nights so there isn't any room cleaning. Shower door does not close properly and the floor was wet. Breakfast buffet has good varieties. We enjoyed the breakfast. There is a laundry room which hotel guest can use for free. But there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel guest. This is clearly insufficient. For big brand hotel like Marriott, they should provide more washer and dryer.

This is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

The location was great and at walkable distance to two different metro stations and Louvre. With lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket right across the street. There is a mini fridge below the TV stand which is great to keep my figs and peaches fresh. Staff was helpful and polite by greeting us every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

The room was fantastic, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The facilities were also quite new. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip. I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. Great location, nice for young people and solo travelers. We stayed in a private room with one big bed and the room was a pleasant surprise. Although, there are not a lot of plugs in the room (only two and one in the bathroom), chromecast is the only option on the TV and it didn’t work.

My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.
