Amazing
TTsinEX1997The room is incredibly spacious, even larger than suites in many high-end or luxury hotels. The service is excellent, and the breakfast pastries are top-notch. This is an absolute gem of a hotel, highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

JJerrrryWas staying in a female dorm, the bed is comfortable, the toilets shower room are very clean as I’ve seen the staff cleaned it quite often. The receptionist were so nice, they let me to take a shower and stay in the hostel until late on my check out date because I need to take a midnight bus on that night. Towel provided for free, there’s a hair dryer in the bathroom, u will need to prepare ur own shampoo and conditioner but they have soap for shower. Location is very good. Walking distance to most of the places.

MMeowMeowMeThe hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay. The hotel breakfast was great, and the staff were quick to replenish food. The location is excellent, within walking distance to two major attractions: Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. If you walk a bit further, you can see the Parliament Building and Chain Bridge at night. The only downside was that on the last night, the couple next door were, uh, *very* loud, and it sounded quite painful. I'm pretty sure the whole building could hear them...

GGuest UserOne thing really upset me! The blinds in my room were broken. I reported it that same day, and the Macedonian guy told me the maintenance worker wouldn't be in until Monday. So, on Monday, I told the front desk again. The Hungarian guy there promised it would be fixed that day, but it never was. Later, when I spoke to the Macedonian guy about it, he immediately snapped back, saying he had told maintenance that they finished work at 4 PM. I thought to myself, 'Does he really need to be that angry?' Maybe his colleague didn't inform him, but it's certainly not my fault. Afterward, when I asked to change rooms, the Macedonian guy had a very impatient attitude! I think that Macedonian guy's customer service skills need some training! And one of the elevators is always out of order…

GGuest UserW Budapest has great location, but the management is a failure. A wedding occupied the lobby and restaurant during our stay, with partying and loud music blasting until 3 AM. Despite multiple calls from room requesting to turn the volume down, the noise continued unabated. We were never notified of this event during check-in, and at midnight, we were even blocked from the lobby using the lifts to reach our rooms and we had to take stairs instead. To make matters worse, despite booking three rooms, the hotel only offered an apology and compensation to the one room with Titanium status, ignoring the rest of us. For a luxury brand, the lack of communication and blatant disregard for guest comfort is shocking.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel as the location is near to the Pier where we will board our Danube cruise. The room has a nice view of the river. The hotel facilities are good, service is attentive, receptionist is helpful.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. However, it's a bit far from the city center—it's the last metro station. The reception staff are friendly and patiently answer questions. The room is quite spacious, with a small hallway with a closet. The room has a table, chairs, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a kettle. It's nice that they provide coffee and tea (unlike the hotel of the same name). Everything is clean, with good linens and fresh towels. The Wi-Fi is good. Although there are cars in the courtyard, it's quite quiet. Breakfast is a bit pricey—around 11 euros. A definite downside is the mini-fridge, which barely cools even on the highest setting. Overall, the experience was favorable and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe room was medium-sized, clean, and tidy, with a safe, but no slippers or toiletries. It wasn't facing the street, so it was very quiet, and offered a view of Fisherman's Bastion from the window. Breakfast was good, with freshly baked mini bread rolls and hot water available. Exiting the hotel, if you turn left, the M2 metro station is a few hundred meters away, and there's a chain supermarket nearby. There's also a tram stop right in front of the hotel. If you turn right, you can climb the stairs behind the hotel to reach Fisherman's Bastion, which involves three sections of stairs. Continuing straight after turning right, you can walk to Chain Bridge and Buda Castle. It's quite convenient and I'd recommend it to independent travelers. The only downside is that the shower area isn't fully enclosed, so water splashes out onto the floor. I suggest this be improved.
