The rooms were clean and the front desk service was excellent.

Absolutely everything was great except the bed and pillow. Great shower great location great service wonderful building. Horrible pillows and hard bed. Could not sleep.

The room and location are good, and the service is great. However, the room has no windows, and it gets uncomfortably hot even without the air conditioning on.

Among all the budget international hotels we've stayed in, both domestically and abroad, this one had arguably the worst service. What's baffling is that they didn't seem to think there was anything wrong with it. 1. The hotel policy states that two bottles of water are provided on Day 1 of check-in, but we didn't receive any upon arrival. The next day, I called to request them. Front Desk Agent 1 said they'd send them right over, but half an hour passed and nothing arrived. Front Desk Agent 2 then spoke aggressively, claiming the water had already been provided and that, according to policy, no more would be given. Only after we insisted she check did she confirm that we hadn't received any, promising they would be sent soon. However, an entire day went by with no water delivered. We had to call again that evening. 2. On Day 1, housekeeping came to clean the room around noon. I asked them to come back later. When we returned in the evening, we found the room hadn't been cleaned. When I called again at 9 PM to request a cleaning, I was told it wasn't possible as the cleaning staff had already left for the day. This is a severe service failure. After providing this feedback to the hotel, they offered a minimal apology and a 'room upgrade' compensation for a future stay. Honestly, it's quite laughable.

Extremely satisfied! A big thank you to the front desk for their efficiency and warm welcome. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Everything was perfect!

It felt pretty good, but I don't know why they never replenished the water bottles for the new day, no matter how many times I told the staff. They just couldn't seem to remember.

Overall good, but definitely not worth $200. Surprised there were no slippers or a gown for a room at that price.

The room maintenance wasn't great; the AC and ventilation were noisy (we switched to a slightly better room). My question is, why aren't problematic rooms fixed properly? The wardrobe felt a bit cheap and hastily put together. Other than that, it mostly met 4-star standards. The external environment was much better than the old town, and both the subway and bus stops were conveniently located right outside.

The environment is great and the breakfast is rich. Trip.com's prices are very competitive! Every time I go on a business trip, I compare prices on different websites, and Trip.com always offers the best deals. Plus, their tracking and after-sales service are top-notch. Even though I couldn't find the same room type with breakfast included this time, overall, it's still the best choice.

location is bit far from attractions but close to train station so its not a big problem. will book again.

The location is quite convenient, with a shopping mall right next door, so there are plenty of dining and drinking options. The front desk service was just average, but breakfast was decent. However, there was a strange smell in the room when we entered, and the windows couldn't be opened. We booked a large room, and it was very spacious.

Great location, and the front desk staff were polite and friendly.

Excellent Hotel and Location

The hotel is brand new and in an excellent location. This hotel is even better than the Marriott I stayed at before; the room keys are made of wood, which makes it feel high-end, reliable, and offers great value for money.
