Overall good, but definitely not worth $200. Surprised there were no slippers or a gown for a room at that price.

location is bit far from attractions but close to train station so its not a big problem. will book again.

Excellent Hotel and Location

The hotel is brand new and in an excellent location. This hotel is even better than the Marriott I stayed at before; the room keys are made of wood, which makes it feel high-end, reliable, and offers great value for money.

The location is quite good, situated in a bustling commercial area. Attractions like Shengjiatang are within walking distance. The hotel rooms are decent, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with a good variety of options.

The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby. The environment is beautiful and quiet despite being in a bustling area. The room is great value for money, and the breakfast is also very good. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Barcelona!

⚠️ A serious safety incident occurred during breakfast at the Hilton Barcelona! When I was trying to reach for my cup, I had to reach under the backrest because the top cup was already gone. The backrest, however, was not fixed and suddenly fell without any warning, hitting my foot, leaving a hole and causing profuse bleeding! Even worse, the waiter nearby saw me and did nothing. He only gave me a sloppy bandage after I went to him. When the manager, Javier, came out, not only did he not apologize, but he repeatedly insisted that I had "dropped it myself," shifting all the blame onto me!

The service was very warm, just like in Tunisia, a Mediterranean country, where hospitality is common. Here, they were even more attentive. They offered me extra Lavanda sleep-inducing tea bags when I returned late at night. Their smiles were natural, friendly, and genuine, very heartwarming. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and shopping is convenient. I'll be back in Barcelona five times next year, all staying at this hotel.

We arrived at 9 a.m. and were surprised to find we didn't have to wait; they even showed us to a room. The room was also very clean. There was always complimentary iced lemon tea and iced water in the lobby.

The hotel is not very close to the Gothic Quarter and Gaudi's three-piece suite. It takes about ten minutes to get there by taxi. The hotel is relatively new and clean. It is neither good nor bad.

When we booked three rooms check-in, it took a full 45 minutes and, gave us the wrong room card, opened the door when we saw someone else's luggage! The table of cleaning the room often has water stains not too serious, breakfast is good 👍

Absolutely terrible. This is the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. Hampton by Hilton, Atour Hotel, and Vienna Hotel are miles ahead of it. It's unworthy of the Hilton name and its deceptive nature. The front desk was terrible. When I asked about the amenities, they didn't even offer any. Secondly, the service was terrible. They watched us carry our luggage up without any help, and they didn't even charge for water. Third, the environment was terrible. The renovations were incredibly noisy, with excavators and bulldozers rumbling and dusty. The entrance felt like an urban village. Do you have any sense of finances? Don't you know you get a discount for renovations? Fourth, the room was terrible. It was small, the decor was dated, and it was unrefined. It wasn't comfortable at all. Finally, the location was terrible. Getting anywhere was inconvenient. Getting to any tourist attraction in the city required a long subway ride. Summary: Absolutely terrible. It doesn't deserve the Hilton name or the price.

The Hilton Barcelona is in a great location. You can take the bus to any tourist attraction you want to visit, such as the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and Casa Batlló. It's also very close to the airport, taking less than half an hour by Uber. The room was also very nice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Hilton when visiting Barcelona. 👍🥰

The room was spacious, clean and tidy, and the service was excellent, especially the rich breakfast, which is quite good for a European hotel. There is also an underground garage, so parking is safe and secure.
