Excellent hotel with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. The location is great, with plenty of fantastic restaurants in the area. There's also an excellent Michelin-starred restaurant right next door that's definitely worth trying.

The area was nice, loads of places to eat and have drinks at different prices. The metros were close and there were tourist attractions not too far from the hotel too.

At first all was good with the service. Till the aircon in the room doesn’t work. So I tried calling but the room phone wasn’t working well and I was perspiring so I went to the reception desk and told them. In all I waited for around 30 mins for the technician to come and get it checked. After checking the reception call me and told me they are going to restart the aircon and if 15mins it does cool up I am suppose to go down with my luggage packed and get my room change. We stayed for 1 week and plus the shopping for the week we have lots to pack. So after packing we went down to get our room change, he gave me a look that he is not able to change for me as I took more than 15 mins that he “instructed”. I explained that we have lots to packed but he just return with a too bad look on his face. I believe he is aware that the aircon is not working and changing of room is inevitable. I am shocked with his attitude. After some argument he eventually changed it. Then the new room tv doesn’t comes with Netflix unlike the first one so I believe I got a downgrade. But as it was my last night and we are just too tired to change it again. Location is ok walking distance to most eateries and bars. Room is reasonably clean.

Fantastic hotel, very kind staff, highly recommend for solo travellers, couples or family

close to Diagonal Station, with a small supermarket nearby. No slippers in room, but it’s spacious and clean in general.

Good location. Had to change room as first room had a bad smell. Staff were good but hotel room rather mediocre.

I guess I expected too much for 4 star hotel. It would be quite far if you take airport bus. Room had a 3 star business hotel vibe. Not much cozy feeling as well. Staff were friendly though. But if you’re looking for cozy comfort room, this is not the place for you.

Modern, clean, pretty, everything I needed was there. Cool pool with a great view! Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and yummy!

For this price not worth it. I stayed for two days. Breakfast not very good- from hot dish - just eggs and a lot of sweeta and bread, and drinks. For healthy eating - nothing to eat. The service girls in the morning and reception in the morning- was very nice, very wellcoming, and i like it. The one, which stays on night in reception even don’t speak english, its very bad, but she was nice and tried somehow, but for the hotel - it realy doesnt add any “plus“ - english, russian, chinese - should be the first language in hotels receptions. No good view from windows, to the basic spanish school yard, tv wasnt working good, and very very very loud conditionier working (realy loud). The shower wasnt working properly also and the hairdryer was very old and working slowly. Bathroom and rooms are clean and nice. They even dont give free water in rooms for this price, only extra payed drinks- not good also. I wouldnt stay again and wont come back. It should cost about 30 eu a night and no more.

Great choice for a central location, easy to walk around town and loads of public transport options, courteous staff and good room for a comfortable stay
