The hotel was good for stay in Siem Reap. The location is not far from most places and can easily get there in tuk tuk. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent and rooms were good size. Would recommend for stay in Siem Reap.

Excellent service, good breakfast, so so dinner

We were family of four staying in this hotel. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, it makes you feel at home. They help arrange transportation to go around the town and both Tuk tuk driver and car driver are super nice. I have never seen all employees in a hotel are super friendly and put all effort to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet is nice. The pool is super clean and the gym covers basic needs. Our flight back is over check out time (almost midnight). They prepared a room for us to shower. If you ever go to siem reap, this hotel is definitely worth to be chosen.

We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly. The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter. But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again.

The hotel staff's service is the best. I was able to eat a simple breakfast. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days. They cleaned the room very cleanly, so I used it very cleanly. It was a part of my enjoyable trip.

The breakfast was very delicious. The ventilation fan in the bathroom of our room seemed to be broken and did not work. There was loud music coming from the restaurant next to the hotel until late at night, which may keep sensitive people from sleeping. The drinks and snacks in the minibar were also very delicious, and it was a comfortable place to be. The reception was very helpful with information about airport transfers and ruins tours.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for sightseeing, daily shopping and dining.

I was very pleased with the restaurant, just don’t take the pizza, it’s no good, the rest is excellent, the portions are large, much better than in many restaurants in the city for the same, plus or minus, money, I liked it better only in the crepe shop next to pub street. The hotel itself is somewhat tired, but everything is clean, it is located somewhat on the outskirts, there are a couple of clubs nearby, you can’t hear the music, but perhaps for some this will be somewhat unexpected. We took bicycles, half an hour to Ankorvat. The receipt upon departure included service fees (or something like that), the amount is small, but be prepared.
