Everything good, except room ventilation is poo the air-conditioning not working.

The place is nice and it is very closed to those sites I went travel for.

Friendly staff. Helped with booking taxi to airport as we had to leave quite early in the morning. Free upgrade to suite so that was nice. The place was quite clean and big.

Its costly if you compare with other hotels but a good fit for a very urgent solo travel type night

I can only say that it is too crowded and narrow in the center of Europe. But this is not a reason for being dirty and messy. OK, this room doesn't even have a quilt, my God. Then the service is better than nothing, and the facilities are basically non-existent.

This is the first hotel in Zhu overseas. I feel the service is good and the facilities are sufficient. Thumbs up 👍

We spent 3 nights at the hotel, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location was central.

The cleaning was not good enough, the bathtub was not cleaned, and the bath towels were not changed completely. We couldn't turn on the TV, so we contacted the front desk, who replied that someone would come to fix it the next day, but no one came to fix it until we left (5 days).

Although the room is small, it is enough for one person. The front desk clerk is polite and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good!

They are all pretty good. The only thing I want to remind you is that there are no quilts in Southern Europe. They use a combination of sheets and blankets. They all cover themselves like this haha ​​...

Overall, it's just so-so, but the location is good and convenient
