Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD Reviews

The location is fantastic. It's only a 5-6 minute walk from Hongqiao Railway Station and directly adjacent to Hongqiao Tiandi. You can easily reach it by exiting the bus terminal of Hongqiao Railway Station and just crossing the street. It's also great for exploring Hongqiao Tiandi. The room was very clean, and the studio layout felt quite spacious. This place is ideal for a one-night stopover if you have a connecting train or flight the next day. They even provide children's slippers, and the delivery lockers downstairs are a very convenient touch.

Very convenient location in walking distance from Hongqiao railway station.

The hotel is conveniently accessible via walkways/underground path from Hongqiao station/hub. Due to a minor construction, a certain path was obstructed and initially had issues finding direction. Thankfully signs were clear and was easy to navigate. Hotel is equipped with sufficient amenities to make the stay enjoyable, and one of my favourite is the huge gym. Will love to come back again. It is also surrounded by shopping malls and the centralised location allows access to train lines 2,10,17. As my departure flight was in pudong airport, the direct airport line from Hongqiao airport took me only around 45mins, skipping the jams.

Good and close to the train station. Need to have shuttle service to the train stations.

Because of them, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a testament to your hotel's exceptional service culture. The good place to connect with high speed railway station. It can walk from the hotel to station about 600 meters. There is the shopping mall nearby the hotel. The room is clean and peace. The breakfast is variety food. It is so nice.

Room is big and clean. Great area. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The area is lively after office hours.

Great location, which is a walking distance to a few shopping malls. The rooms were clean, check in was effecient.

Was disappointed to learn that the underpass from Hong Qiao railway station to Hyatt place was closed during my stay..had booked the hotel because of the underpass access. As a result we took a long time to find our way and it did not help that Google map was giving wrong info. 😅 Hotel room was clean and with stylish design but the king room layout which has queen sized bed was not ideal... TV placement was at an angle and for the same price, I would recommend to book Biz Twin instead, which my other friends were staying in as our is bigger and have a much better layout. The hotel staff service on the day we checked in were quite inexperienced but the day we checked out, the staff was much better. Barry at concierge was very helpful, giving us detailed directions to nearby eateries. Happy with his service.

The overall stay experience was great and staffs here were so amazing and helpful.Bryan was doing a great job on delivering the bell,luggage services. And, also the staff in Front Desk was great as well. They were smiling all the time and so energetic. Especially for the responisit Sahron,Thank you for you guys!
