AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

MM39988****The facilities, service, and cleanliness were all good, and most importantly, they tried their best to meet the needs of their guests. They were very attentive and helpful, running around taking care of everything. We had two children with us, so we had a lot to do. The breakfast was simple and delicious, and we felt more comfortable eating out than with other options.

在新疆旅行了8天，一直住國內品牌酒店，這一站訂的的萬豪系酒店，軟硬件都超出國內品牌一大截，特別是管理的規範度，是國內酒店趕不上的，價格卻差異不大，非常值得國內品牌酒店學習。
值！值！值！
衹是有一個遺憾，在攜程平台訂的酒店無法享受萬豪會員積分。

Environment: Not bad, there are many rest areas in the lobby
Service: Fortunately, there is a short sister who looks like a leader at the front desk and is very nice

First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
Summary: The appearance and lobby are four stars, the room is three stars, the supplies and breakfast are at the level of a guesthouse...

OOld FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

When I walked into the room, the first feeling was clean and tidy, the decoration was simple and warm. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making me sleep well all night.
The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water comes quickly and steadily. The hotel staff's service attitude is super kind, from the warm reception at the front desk to the polite greetings of the cleaning aunt, it makes people feel warm. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes very good. The price is also very competitive in the same type of hotel, the price is super high! Next time you come here, you must choose this hotel!

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
