Room was clean but didn’t have handsoap.Other than that it was nice.

The location is far from the center, you need an Uber or the bus, the wifi quality is not good and the hotel has an old look

Very nice family stay as always! We go there very regularly and we are never disappointed!

Very nice hotel but it needs some love

Outdated hotel, the rooms are outdated and the cleanliness is not up to par!!!! Room service is non-existent and reception is not responsive to our requests. Hairs and dirt seeds all over the bathroom. The floor coverings are deteriorated, the cabinet panels do not close and the fridge is never cleaned from one rental to another. In short, we will never go back there!!!

$200 a night doesn't even clean the rooms during the day. Does not even replace the towels you have to go down to the reception to get some. He even had cookie seeds in our bedroom toilet.

Good service, perfectly warm, clean spa. The subway, tim horton, st-hubert, mecdo are right next to the hotel. Only problem, the internet network is poor, but that's really the only drawback.

The service was excellent, the staff courteous and attentive. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel, the lobby and the floor we were on. On the other hand, I found the air conditioning in the room very noisy. I also found that the room was poorly soundproofed, I could hear the shower from neighboring rooms quite clearly in the morning. Overall, I would rate it 3/5. It's still good value for money, I was traveling on business and wanted an inexpensive room for one night and I had to leave early.
