"Dog friendly and amazing location"

"This is our third trip to this beautiful hotel and part of Spain, and we will definitely be back. The hotel is so clean and the owner Bernard couldn’t do enough to make your stay wonderful. The breakfasts in the morning are fantastic, made more enjoyable sitting under the Mulberry trees. The pool is so tranquil surrounded by lovely trees and gardens. This year we had dinner three times in a week, the food is very good with a choice of three courses or tapas. All the staff deserve a mention and are so pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much Judit, May, Jose, Alina, Ana and all the housekeeping staff, the rooms are spotless!"

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a period house beautifully and very stylishly modernised to a very high standard. On a quiet street but within central Begur close walking distance to restaurants, bars etc and with wonderful views over the surrounding area. The hotel was spotlessly clean with beautiful furniture and furnishings including an extremely comfortable large double bed and high quality bedding. We collected our key from the neighbouring sister hotel and were looked after by the receptionist Helen who was extremely friendly and helpful taking time to explain about the hotel’s facilities, recommending local restaurants and showing us our room. High quality coffee is available free of charge at all times in the hotel. Excellent shower, air conditioning and toiletry products. Everything worked perfectly and was of a very high quality. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon. Many thanks to the hotel for such an enjoyable 5 star stay."

"Fantastic experience! Little hotel with a lot of charm. Comfortable room with everything needed. Very comfortable bed. The library room offered me the ideal space to focus on my work. I felt like at home. The staff were very careful and helped me with good advice when I needed it. I'll return safe and recommend 100%."

"This hotel is beautiful, quiet and the service is excellent. Every member of staff was kind and approachable. We stayed in one of the suites which had a huge terrace with sun beds, a jacuzzi bath and super king bed. To say the hotel is spotless is an understatement, even the pool toilets were sparkling. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced considering other hotels. We paid 16 euros for some pan con tomato and jamon for lunch and the plate of jamon was several packets worth in the UK. The hotel restaurant is excellent and their lobster paella delicious for 26euros each. Breakfast is continental, the spread was the same every day, however it was all fantastic quality and plentiful. We especially enjoyed the fruit and honeycomb. The swimming pool was exceptionally quiet and had plenty of sun loungers. With the pool being my favourite experience, it was just the right temperature, crystal clear and so large you can swim lengths to your hearts content. We hired a car for the drive up from Barcelona which was about 1hr 45 but primarily highway and a very straightforward drive. If you are looking for an all inclusive with entertainment and cooked breakfasts, this isn’t the hotel for you. But if you want a peaceful, tranquil and gentle stay in a very lovely part of Spain then it’s ideal."
