Because our itinerary was very early, we didn't plan to eat in the hotel, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared small cakes and bread in the room in advance, so that we could simply fill our stomachs before going out. Such details make people feel full of warmth. Although the weather in Beijing is cold, their service is as considerate as the warm sun. When encountering inconveniences during the journey, the staff can also quickly come forward to help solve them, so that people have no worries at all. There are shuttle buses to and from dining, spas, bars, etc. Every night, the housekeeper will also inform the group of the special activities in the hotel the next day, and different snacks and small gifts will be delivered to the night bed. For takeout, you can directly choose the address to deliver it to your door in the courtyard where you are staying, and you can also set the address at the door when taking a taxi. The hotel is in a prime location and is within walking distance of all the attractions around the Forbidden City. The breakfast is rich in variety and the service is meticulous, and it can also be delivered to the room for free every morning. The courtyard is perfectly integrated with the old Beijing Hutong. You can see traces of residents' lives and the atmosphere of the market when you leave the courtyard. You can also see kittens running around on the roof from time to time in the courtyard. There are small surprises everywhere in the hotel, from hot tea at check-in and small souvenirs at check-out to warm and thoughtful care on call. This time, I booked a basic room type at the beginning, but because the basic room type is small and the room is not connected to the living room, which is a bug, I directly upgraded to Yijing Courtyard with extra money. The room is in a good location. The whole alley is full of tenants and residents (our room is not next to the public toilet). The service staff is also very warm and thoughtful.
