"The location is excellent, just 240 meters from the Avis downtown car rental, making it ideal for anyone planning to pick up a rental car. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the heated bathroom is a fantastic feature! Check-in is self-service with no staff at the front desk. However, I encountered a small issue upon arrival, and I'm incredibly grateful to a tall male hotel staff member for his enthusiastic assistance. The service was truly five-star, and I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Bergen."

"I had a very satisfying stay here, with a rich breakfast and excellent service. Location: It's near Bergen Central Station, with moderate distances to major transportation and attractions. If you exit the north side gate of the central station, it's right in front of you. The south side of the station is for the airport light rail. It's about a ten-minute walk to the bus terminal, and only fifteen to twenty minutes on foot to the cruise port. All transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: You generally don't need to worry about cleanliness in Nordic countries, and the room was very clean. However, please note that room cleaning is on request, and you need to inform the front desk a day in advance. Also, trash needs to be taken to the front desk yourself or you can ask them to clear it. A slight inconvenience. Environment: The room size was decent, much more comfortable than what you'd find in Japan. However, in October, the room temperature was a bit cold, and it rains a lot in Bergen, so I had to ask staff for an electric heater. (P.S.: The panel in the room is not for air conditioning or heating; it's just a temperature monitor). Also worth mentioning is the breakfast; it was incredibly abundant, and the variety was good. You could eat different things for two days without repetition. In Norway, this breakfast was the best meal I had every day 😂. If you're catching a flight, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a takeaway, but it's limited to one sandwich and one apple. Service: Very thoughtful and attentive. The front desk is 24/7 and they were very responsive to all requests. Full marks for service! Other: Downstairs from the hotel is a restaurant and bar, which seemed to be packed every night. Worth trying if you get the chance."

"Facilities: The room facilities are relatively complete. Hygiene: The room hygiene is quite good, cleaned daily. Environment: The room environment is rather ordinary, with a simple decor style. Service: There's basically no service apart from the front desk."

"The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, though quite small. The view from the entrance was pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Tram Line 1, making it convenient for airport access. However, the earliest Tram Line 1 service isn't until 5:50 AM. I had booked the room at a slightly higher price, and later found a lower rate on Ctrip. When I tried to inquire about a price adjustment for the difference, the hotel was completely unreasonable and quite unhelpful. It's located next to a local neighborhood with a supermarket, but it closes early. A minor drawback is that if you get hungry late at night, the hotel lobby doesn't sell any food."

"Booked for four people, but the front desk said they didn't have any rooms left, so they upgraded us to a two-person room – and yes, the price was upgraded too. Linens cost extra, and you have to put them on and take them off yourself. Remember to bring your own toiletries. The room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. It just gets dark quite late, so I recommend bringing an eye mask! There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and it was delicious 😋. You can even enjoy sea and mountain views while you eat. For transportation, the #12 bus is available, just make sure to check the route beforehand."

"The location is very wonderful, the breakfast and the high-class treatment of the staff and services. The cleanliness is lacking, it needs a simple touch, and the bed and pillows need to be reviewed, otherwise everything is wonderful. The staff and restaurant crew are very wonderful."

"I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic. What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century."

"The room is small and can open a suitcase. But the decoration is relatively new and the toiletries are complete. There is a public area downstairs that is not bad, there are many seats, you can go down for breakfast, and there are free coffee and tea bags. Unfortunately, the kitchen has a microwave, and it would be better if there was a stove to cook."

"Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. The front desk staff were very helpful; simply ask, and they'll gladly assist. As non-smokers, we're quite sensitive to cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, we could detect a faint smell of it in our room. However, once the air conditioning was turned on, the issue disappeared. TIP: There's a WUMART supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. It's large and offers a wide variety of products. You can also grab a bite to eat there."

"The location is excellent. Strolling around at sunrise and sunset offered pleasant surprises and was incredibly relaxing. It was lovely to see people casually jump into the sea for a swim, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The fish market was bustling with people, but I opted not to join the crowds."
