"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable. However, our arrival experience was disappointing. We booked through Trip.com and, at check-in, were told that the room we had reserved was much smaller and not what we were expecting. Based on that explanation, we paid an additional fee to upgrade. Later, the hotel explained that the confusion was caused by the room photos used by the booking platform. Regardless of whose mistake it was, as a guest I was placed in a position where I felt I had to pay extra because of conflicting information between the hotel and its booking partner. I believe hotels should work closely with their booking partners to ensure room descriptions and photos are accurate, so guests can make informed decisions before arrival. I hope this process is improved for future guests."

"As a Marriott group hotel, it was quite a disappointment. The lobby and restaurant tables were often dirty, and the breakfast selection was very limited. The so-called 'happy atmosphere' was completely absent. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was indifferent. It really didn't feel like a star-rated hotel experience."

"The most impressive thing is the breakfast they provided. Various kinds of food, you can have some hot plates and pancakes with drinks there. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is great too and next to the beautiful Bryggen. Bergen city centre is walkable, you can just walk from the hotel to anywhere like fish market, bergen station and the famous mountains nearby. The least convenience is the bathtub. It's quite high, so for those who is not that tall need to be careful while entering. And the glass cover at bathtub only covers half, water easily spills on the floor. Overall it's a really nice hotel and worthwhile to stay."

"The location is very good. It is within walking distance of the train station. It is convenient to go shopping at major attractions in the city center. There is a large supermarket on the basement floor of the shopping mall Galleriet diagonally opposite. It has a complete range of things and the price is cheaper than the surrounding convenience stores. In particular, the price of a large 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water is only one-third of that of 7-11. There are also hot foods such as grilled chicken ribs and salmon sashimi, which are much cheaper than the fish market. The breakfast at the hotel is good. Free luggage storage is also very convenient. The staff is friendly and the room is not big."
