"Rooms were spotless. Comfortable beds and nice thick towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. They checked every morning to see if our consumables needed topping up. Even though the location was on a busy road, the rooms are quiet. Highly recommend."

"wanting accomadation near shops, quite possibly only choice in finley, motel type accomadation or cheaper shared rooms upstairs. keen to have one stay will negotiate room prices, food menu has far too many extra costs re add ons, considering menu prices , 6 out of ten for a beef stew, lucky to get 6. outdoor of room has ant problem( large ants that bite), ants also entering room."

"Great Cabins with Beutiful View of the murray with all amenties provided. Very clean and modern cabins with close access to town and great fishing spots . Also great outdoor areas for BBQ and great for big groups ."

"4 of us stayed in adjoining rooms. The place is clean and spacious and well ventilated, bright with ample windows. There were 4 beds there ! The beddings are fresh and bed is so comfortable. The kitchenette is complete with utensils. We enjoyed sitting at the breakfast table for 4. Outside the room, there’s a nice bench for you to sit and relax too. We will be back if we visit the area again !"

"The proprietress is very good and is a Hong Konger. When we heard that we spoke Chinese, we were particularly enthusiastic. In Chinese, we were introduced to us: there is an airport for the US military in World War II. It is now a glider training ground. There is an aircraft museum. Let us go and see it. Maybe you can see it at night by the Murray River, a koala. The room is also large and clean. I wanted to live in Ichuka, but on the weekend, there was no room. The result gave us a big surprise."

"A clean and very spacious room. Was great value considering the going rate for comparable motels. Close enough to shops to be convenient by foot or car. Quiet at night, good for sleeping. This is important because much accommodation on Murray Valley experiences noise from large Truck / Semi trailers through the night. Sunrise motel is very peaceful by comparison. Kitchen area exceptionally clean."

"Top quality accommodation in a lovely setting. Friendly and welcoming hosts. We stayed in the end cabin and were delighted to have splendid fairywrens join us on the patio. The cabin is beautifully furnished with a king bed, kitchen and luxurious towels and linens. Breakfast provided (bread, cereal, eggs, milk, butter) was a lovely touch. We only had one night but would gladly stay a week! If you are into birding, the property is home to a huge array of native birds. Close to Cobram but, as noted, not much in the way of internet. If you really need to be online, bring your Starlink. But if you’re after a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings, definitely recommend Tokemata."
