"perfect location, perfect host, perfect apartment. A group of three of us stayed for two nights as we planned on hiking Triglav and this seemed like a good location for us. As we discovered parking in bled can be difficult at times but staying in apartment Koman you just leave the car there and walk the 10 mins to the Lake or anywhere in the town.We were early as asked if we could leave our hire car before checkin and yep not a problem. Apartment was spotless with a spacious kitchen and dining room and bathroom with piping hot water on demand, this two bed apartment easily slept three of us in single beds with one to spare. bedrooms again spacious and very comfortable, with a nice veranda to the side you can sit and enjoy the peace and quite or for us a good drying area for our kit. We stayed in a hotel both before our stay here and after and this was the best accommodation we experienced on our trip. If I ever plan a return trip I'll have this booked even before flights to try ensure I get it."

"We recently returned from a 4 night stay at Veldes B&B and had a wonderful time! We had a triple panoramic room - modern bathroom, plenty of room, 3 x comfy beds and a balcony. The whole building is fabulous - modern but in keeping with the environment with wood and alpine decor. Breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice and a lovely welcome from Christina each morning. We found the owners Robert and Nataša to be very friendly and helpful, providing valuable advice and tips on the local area. It’s about a 20 min walk into town or the lake, which we found no problem (although there is also a bus) and walking distance to the Vintgar Gorge carpark where the shuttle picks you up. We could definitely have stayed longer! Key highlights for us were walking round Lake Bled (lots of photo stops), Ojstrica viewpoint, a morning visit to Lake Bohinj, half day in Ljubljana, Vintgar Gorge and time at the lake swimming and paddle boarding. All in all, a fantastic stay. I have already recommended Veldes to friends and would certainly stay again. An amazing first visit to a Slovenia and Lake Bled. Thank you!"

"The accommodation is absolutely beautiful surrounded by trees just outside Bled. There was such a calm, homely vibe that we quickly settled into holiday mode. The beds were so comfortable, the best sleep I've had in a long time. Breakfast was an additional cost, but well worth it with plenty of delicious hot and cold items, juices and drinks. The sausage in particular was a favourite! The accommodation is out of town, you can walk along a pavement/ cycle path in around 30 mins or drive in a few minutes. This worked for us, we enjoyed being out of town where it is away from the crowds of bled. The accommodation also has rental bikes. The staff were superb, friendly and happy to help. I'd love to stay here again if we are in the area "
