There was no internet the whole time and when my key stopped working, which was probably my fault from putting it near my phone, the front desk acted extremely annoyed to have to assist.

The service is excellent! The hotel upgrade the room for two double beds for just two of us for free! We can enjoy the free breakfast. When two of us complained about the broken tap late at night, the hotel help us change the room immediately! Compared to the terrible service we experienced in New York, this hotel’s almost luxurious! The hotel even help us choose a local travel spot long wharf!

Stayed night before flying as we live in WMass. Be aware shuttle only runs hourly or on demand. Just 20" to airport in morning, but getting ride back to hotel on other end of trip took 1 hour. Sketchy neighborhood. I would not plan to stay here again.

Not a bad hotel. We booked this traveling back home, and it sufficed for a one night stay. The room wasn't as clean as I'd appreciate but the bed was, and it was comfortable enough for the night. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal for our needs.

Booked through priceline express deals. Never mentioned there was a $10 a day for parking. The whole stay there was a car parked directly by our window. The sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them. Front desk staff didn't even care or offer compensation.

Within the vicinity of many stores and restaurants. The room is quiet, spacious, and clean. Housekeeping is on a daily basis, a rare service seen nowadays. Breakfast is plenty and miscellaneous. Just I wished the hotel parking was free; they charged $10/day.

My best friend and I recently stayed here for one night. Our check-in experience was quick & smooth. Unfortunately once we got our key and headed to our room we were very disappointed. We were on the 1st floor and our room door was literally opposite of the elevator. As 2 young girls this did not make us feel very safe and it was also very noisy for us. Late in the night and right into the morning we heard people getting on and off the elevator (even more annoying when they'd be dragging their suitcases.) At least the breakfast in the morning was somewhat decent and it was convenient for $10 to be able to park the car in the lot I guess. I don't think we'll ever come back to stay here again.

Do NOT GO here, someone fraudulently used my wife’s Credit Card, when I called Client Care apparently this is not the first time at this location. When you call them to have it fixed directly with them they hang up on you. When you ask for the service manager they put you on hold and come back and hang up on you! Absolute Joke, if you have any morals you will resolve this immediately. If it is not resolved you will get some outstanding reviews every day

Comfort Inn - Boston , Morrisey Blvd Would not recommend if you desire customer service. The rooms are standard and well kept by the cleaners. The beds left lovely. Their kitchen staff and morning reception staff are great. However the afternoon/evening front of house reception staff are rude, bitchy, not helpful, talking amongst themselves, laugh at you, don’t say hi or how was your day, no manners, talk about anyone and it’s like they are out with their friends on a night out.. They are very scruffy and It’s like they have employed high school kids to do this job. If you change them the place would at least hit 4 stars. These guys make it a 3.

The location is south of the downtown area, which means it is not within walking distance to any attractions or shops. But the rooms are a good size and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good and the area is open for gathering at other times.

It seems horrible to me. I made a reservation at that hotel and they sent me to another one because it was overbooked. Why do I make a reservation? I paid for a 3-star hotel and they sent me to a two-star hotel.

I deeply regret my decision to book a stay at this hotel and utilize their incredibly unprofessional airport shuttle service. My unfortunate experience involved an extensive wait of two hours, spanning from 10:40 pm to 12:40 am, during which I was left stranded outside at the designated pick-up point with no resolution in sight. To compound matters, the shuttle driver failed to make any contact with me, despite my repeated requests to the front desk for assistance in reaching out to the driver.
