The service was excellent, and the hotel is ideally located in the Nimman district, which has plenty of restaurants, spas, and shops to explore. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rate it 5 out of 5 stars for service, location, and interior design. Their breakfast has lot of choices and are super big portion.

My mom loved this hotel! The breakfast was amazing, with a different option every day! There's a delicious rotisserie chicken restaurant and a great cafe nearby! The staff was so friendly and attentive! The rooms are beautiful, and the public areas are beautiful too! The bar on the first floor has great drinks! 😎👍 The Italian restaurant that partners with the bar is also delicious! I'll definitely be back!

The room was quite large, and the furnishings and decoration were indeed aesthetically pleasing. The hotel is a bit older, so the facilities are a bit dated. However, the cleanliness and service were excellent. Cleaning was done daily and it was very spotless. The pantry by the pool offers a buffet of hot tea, coffee, and fruit. The mangosteen was incredibly sweet. The location is excellent: the internet-famous The Moon Eatery is a 10-minute walk away, and Joost is 5 minutes away. The mangosteen ice cream is a must-try, and you can also grab a scooter. Teresa Teng's favorite noodle shop is 8 minutes away, and Jeab Restaurant is 5 minutes away. 7-Eleven and McDonald's are nearby, making it very convenient. There's a great horse racing nearby, 120 minutes for only 950 baht, which is a great experience. Sense is also not far away. The only downside might be the noise from the nearby bar, which closes at 1 a.m., but it didn't bother us much, as we're not very sensitive to noise.

I stayed in three hotels this time, and this was my favorite. The decor was exquisite, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was exquisite and carefully prepared.

Completely exceeded expectations and great value for money

The room was very unique, small but beautiful. We stayed in the family room on the third day, which was also very nice. The fruit tea break on the second floor was also very good! The location was convenient. Every morning I woke up and went to the breakfast shop on the left side of the intersection to buy breakfast. In the evening, there was a hot pot and massage nearby.

This hotel in Chiang Mai was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. When we booked, they said they didn't have twin beds, but after coordination, they agreed to let us stay in twins for two days and switch to a king-size bed on the last day! The ambiance is quite unique, but if you prefer large chain hotels, this isn't the best choice. The rooms are limited, but each one is unique. It's located right on Nimman Road, just ten minutes from One Nimman. Overall, the experience was excellent!

It is quiet in a busy area, not far from Nimman Road; there are many delicious foods and small bars nearby! The courtyard is full of frangipani trees, which is very fresh. The small swimming pool is also good for a dip, bringing coolness in summer! The room is also good, Chiang Mai resort style, the air conditioning is a bit cold, haha. When we checked in, we didn't see other guests. It was quiet and comfortable, with green plants and flowers as the feature, suitable for family vacation.
