"I arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel"

"A fantastic stay made easy by Bianca and her fantastic team! We were a party of 8 (including a 1 year old!) and from the get go when I called ahead about a bath they were nothing but helpful! Bianca even provided a baby bath so our little one could use this in the shower tray! The hotel was clean and comfortable! The beds were really comfy. Our group also enjoyed using the wellness room and sauna area which was welcomed after a day on the slopes! Breakfast was good, with a lots of selections hot and cold! We also enjoyed dinner although sometimes the options were a little adventurous but even our fussy eaters in the group managed to find things they liked even if that was just in the starters buffet (which was a very nice touch!). The bar area was really cosy and a great place to hang out, there are even communal board games which is a nice touch and makes it a great place to chill out. Our whole party was extremely impressed with the hotel and resort area in general and we would definitely consider staying again as we felt like we found a little gem in Saulze D’Oulx!"

Very beautiful room . Hotel at the foot of the track. Who accepts dogs . Beside a rental of ski equipment. We. We will return with pleasure."

"Staff are friendly and very helpful, our room was very clean and comfortable with a bonus nice view and little balcony, you can leave your skies and boots across the road at the ski hire store for easy access, we used the sauna and pool and had a dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast has all the favorites, eggs bacon sausages, fruits, cereals, yogurts and pastries all were great. The hotel location is a 5min walk to the lifts, and is the heart of the village shops"
