It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, it has a convenience store inside the hotel. We had a great time watching the fireworks from Disneyland and the Skytree is visible from our room. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay especially for families.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

This hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

I chose this hotel because of the Disneyland shuttle. The shuttle pick-up point at Disneyland is the west parking lot. I only used it to go from Disneyland to the hotel, so I got lost trying to find the location for quite a while. The hotel is far from Disneyland. The room was very spacious and clean, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. I even had chicken, fries, and beer at the cafeteria. However, when I asked them to call a taxi to Shin-Urayasu Station in the morning, they dropped me off at DisneySea... T_T I guess it's my fault for not knowing Japanese. I'm not sure if I'll go again, but I think it would be okay to use it again, but only for multiple nights.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to Disneyland and the subway station, which was really convenient for our trip to Disneyland the next day. The only slight inconvenience is that it's a bit of a walk, about 1.2 kilometers, from the subway station. However, the hotel's location around Tokyo Bay is quite peaceful, and you can even enjoy sea views.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.

This was the most spacious hotel I stayed in Japan, though the price wasn't cheap and the room itself was still quite compact. However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling.

This was my second stay. While my previous stay and breakfast were excellent, this time I was in a somewhat dated room with an awkward twin bed setup, which felt a bit inconvenient. The desk was a fold-out type, and I didn't use it because unfolding it would have made the room feel even more cramped. Despite this, the breakfast was consistently delicious, and given the excellent value for money, I would still consider staying here again.

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure). The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
