GuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's conveniently located with a smooth, complimentary shuttle service to both DisneySea and Disneyland.
Hotel: The concierge was very helpful in explaining how to book the airport shuttle. I apologize for forgetting his name.
We booked a set dinner at the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve, and it was excellent value for money with great taste. Thumbs up! 👍

We had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed.
The location was convenient, it has a convenience store inside the hotel. We had a great time watching the fireworks from Disneyland and the Skytree is visible from our room.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay especially for families.

Guest UserThis hotel near Disneyland, despite many reviews mentioning its age (opened in 1988), actually offered a really great experience. The room was spacious, perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage. The bathroom was also larger than typical Japanese hotel bathrooms, with both a shower and a tub, and DHC toiletries provided. Downstairs, there's a shuttle bus to the JR station and the Disney Resort Line across the street. For dining, you can take a shuttle bus to the mall next to the JR station. Aside from not being able to see the fireworks from the hotel, everything else was excellent. The Japanese staff were also very friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

G_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.
The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.
Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

The room was quite spacious and the hotel facilities were decent. The service was excellent. However, the breakfast was just okay and there was a long queue. We tried the Japanese breakfast, which had fewer people and was a set menu. It was incredibly slow, and the taste was very average. The ambiance was alright though. We had a triple room, which was essentially a double with an extra bed. The extra bed was significantly shorter than a normal bed, but the mattress was firm and quite comfortable. There's a free shuttle bus to Maihama, which isn't always on time but is convenient enough. There's also an airport bus, which requires a reservation. It takes a long time as it picks up guests from various hotels on the island, adding about half an hour to the journey. The bus from the airport to the hotel also takes a detour, which was quite frustrating. If it weren't for the numerous transfers required to get to Haneda by JR, we really wasted a lot of time on that bus.

Tyng WongThe sea-view hotel offered really spacious rooms. My daughter loved the bunk beds! It had a bathtub, and they even provided bath salts, which was a nice touch to relieve fatigue after a long day at Disney – a soak was definitely needed. There's also a fridge in the room. It's a self-check-in system, but you can grab toothbrushes and washcloths at the counter. A Lawson convenience store is right downstairs. After being exhausted from Disney, this hotel was an excellent choice. They also have a shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland and DisneySea, as well as to Shin-Urayasu Station, where there's a large AEON supermarket – great for browsing, and they sell lots of bento boxes. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free.
The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience.
Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.
