I feel like I was allowed to stay at my relative's house. I wanted to see the landlord again and go to stay. ■ access Taxi is convenient from D. Bus is also available from Shin Urayasu Station. It is also close to the bus stop. ■ Amenities Most of them are left. Since it is a rinse-in shampoo, we recommend that you bring it with you if you are particular about it. There is no baby shampoo. You can also use a washing machine and bathroom dryer for an additional fee. There is a clothesline near the air conditioner in the room, so if you just dry something a little wet, even the air conditioner ◎. The refrigerator also has paid drinks (tea, beer). It is a conscientious price. ■ segment difference There is a staircase in front of the entrance and the width is narrow, so wheelchairs may be difficult. The entrance porch was wide and two strollers were placed. ■ buy い things Convenience stores are also within walking distance, but we recommend buying and returning. I asked for delivery because it was late at night. I want the landlord to be fine forever. I will use it again.

GGuest UserStaying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

SStephanieshiI highly recommend this room!! There are several convenience stores nearby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing late-night snacks every day after returning from Disney. There's also a large pharmacy and a McDonald's right next door. It's only about a 30-minute ride to Disney.

It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up.
