GGuest UserMany people have already reviewed this hotel, noting its spacious rooms and very close proximity to the station, along with a shuttle service to Disneyland. Now, let me share some drawbacks that weren't frequently mentioned in earlier reviews: 1. The hotel is quite old, with a somewhat Showa-era style. While it's a Japanese hotel, I was surprised by the lack of many facilities. Having stayed in numerous Japanese hotels, I've come to expect ice machines, microwaves, and laundromats in Japanese-managed properties – these were completely missing here. (I had initially deliberated between this hotel and the Hilton, but chose Brighton thinking the Hilton, being internationally managed, wouldn't have these facilities, only to find Brighton didn't either.) 2. There's no bottled water in the room, let alone the 'free mini-bar' mentioned in some reviews. It's even hard to get drinking water here; you have to go to a water dispenser by the elevator. Although they provide a kettle for refilling, honestly, I wasn't too keen on using it. Aside from these points, the nearby commercial area is quite convenient, with delicious and affordable gyutan (beef tongue) rice, a supermarket, 100-yen shops, and some Japanese clothing stores. If the hotel were to add the facilities mentioned above, the stay experience would be significantly improved.

SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay was pretty good overall. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Disneyland, with very convenient transportation options like the shuttle bus or monorail, which made traveling with kids a breeze. The room size was decent for Japan, though the facilities were a bit dated. If you're particular about modern amenities, it's good to manage your expectations beforehand. The dining was excellent; both breakfast and the buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's definitely more of a family-friendly hotel, ideal for those planning a multi-day trip to Disneyland, and offers good value for money.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disneyland from the first floor, which is super convenient. On the second floor, there are complimentary candies and snacks, a cotton candy machine, and free beer, drinks, and slushies. They also provide Indonesian hair capsules, which are really effective. You don't even need to bring your own skincare and makeup remover as the hotel has them all. Environment: There's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge, making dining very easy. Plus, there's a supermarket for snacks. Service: Check-in on the second floor took a long time due to queues, but check-out was a breeze. There's a box where you can just drop your room card.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located very close to Disney's Bayside Station, and there's also a hotel shuttle bus available at Platform 2. Additionally, a shuttle operates to and from Maihama Station. The room was spacious. We were two adults and one child, and we stayed in a room with three beds. From our room, we could see Cinderella's Castle and the fireworks at Disneyland. We honestly didn't have time to experience the other facilities; we spent all day immersed in the park, and by the time we got back to the room, we just wanted a hot bath and then to sleep. There's a small shop on the ground floor of the hotel where you can buy food and daily necessities, but do note its opening hours – it opens at 10 AM. We were able to check in directly at the Disney Welcome Center on the ground floor of Maihama Station. After getting our room key, we headed straight to the park. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, our luggage was already in our room, which was incredibly convenient. This service was fantastic!👍

YYuniboboyueService: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there. Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home. There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney).

JJTeohTravelled to Japan for a 2 week getaway. Decided to treat myself to a better hotel. Turns out it was the best choice made on the trip. When I was checking in I was told I got a free upgrade, from the double room I booked (3-4th floor) I ended up on the 11th floor (top floor), although a simple upgrade it definitely enhanced the experience. Stayed for 7 nights and it felt amazing returning to a safe, clean and ultra comfortable room every night. Was able to see fuji-san from the balcony, what a treat! If any is considering upgrading their trip by booking a slightly more expensive room, please choose this one! Highly recommended!
