A short drive/walk from the city centre, this hotel is great value for money.if you're travelling by car, this is a great option as it has a large secured parking lot

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in this rather quirky hotel. It has a nautical theme with nautical artifacts, an acqarium, a big model ship. It's a little out of town but our extremely charming host kindly dropped us in to the centre and gave us tips on where to go and how much to spend on a return taxi. We had a pleasant couple of hours wandering around a very pretty and clean city and enjoyed an excellent meal. Our room at the Neptune was extremely comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast.

Decent hotel, nicely decorated on maritime theme, with large parking lot and very kind staff. The breakfast is not bad. Unfortunately, the hotel is located right in the middle of nowhere, next to the ferry boats embarkation area, about 25-30 minutes walk from city center. Not a good choice for those who want to explore the city.

We chose this his hotel because it had parking, unlike a lot of other accommodations in the area which only have on street parking. I did not realise it was on the other side of Brindisi and more in the port area. The drive to the hotel was a bit run down and the hotel was at the end of the road, past the shabby area. The hotel looked really lovely. Palm trees and nice landscaped areas around it. Actually, a great base to explore the local region. The staff have been excellent and the restaurant is a hidden gem. The breakfast is delicious and dinner was superb. A very relaxed eating environment with the most helpful staff. They speak English very well also. Reception staff were great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel

If you are looking for a great hotel for a business trip in the area, this is the ideal location. The hotel is very clean and well presented, Wifi included with good signal, the staff are fantastic throughout the hotel, in particular reception, which by the way is manned 24 hours a day and very pleasent and welcoming, they go the extra mile to provide anything you maye need in the hotel or information regarding the town of Brindisi and places to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant which provides a great choice of food via set menus each evening =, although closed on a Sunday its only a 25min walk into the town or 5 min taxi ride at reasonable rates and hotel will even book for you. Rstaruant staff are attentive and after a few days will recognise your preferences and are always very welcoming in particular Maria, Angela and Antonio I have attached pictures of the food I had recently, which was fantastic. This is my 5th week here for business with zero complaints, only positive things to say. Wouldn't recommend for family holiday, more towards business travel hotel, although that said the rates are very good and its only short hop to the town in a taxi and if you have a hire car theres plenty of free parking available.

Great hotel ideal for business 5 minutes walk for industrial businesses 25 mins walk to town centre for shops restaurants and bars Although the hotel better suits if you are on business it's a fantastic place with fantastic staff This is my 4 th week staying here now, and there is nothing to say at all that's negative Positive experience in all areas Although rooms are a little dated, they are very clean, serviced every day by very pleasant staff and has very good wifi Reception staff are very pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Restaurant food is set meal with plenty of choice,staff are very pleasant and caring in particular Maria, Angela and Antonio service with a smile and always helpful and remember your favourites. Very nice and comfortable hotel convenient for ferries. Good size rooms and air conditioning was excellent. Everything was spotless. All the staff were charming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good value for 5 euros. As an added bonus one of the staff (Damiano) gave us a lift to the airport as he was coming off shift even though it was out of his way. This was way beyond the call of duty

The hotel is a bit old but the attention of the staff makes it worth a visit. Special mention to Maria, very nice and really helpful. As I don't know what else to say but I have to put more text I will say that the location is not the most appropriate for sightseeing but ideal for business visits.

Great service - both at the reception and at the breakfast. Maria was an outstanding breakfafast host who attented to all of our needs and was so so sweet. I am vegan and she made sure I had everything I needed fir a great breakfast (there were many vegan options availible and a really great fruit salad!).
