Friendly service, but very noisy room where I stayed (ground floor queen suite) - The pool was closed for some works when I went, and the noise from it can be heard clearly as it's outside my window. Noise from the hallway can also be heard with little insulation through the front door, and one night a hotel staff was even playing music on full volume in the hallway at midnight. Inside the room - relatively clean, a small amount of bad smell, but I got used to it relatively quickly. The shower had particularly weak pressure and was barely warm most of the time. Old but functional AC unit. Very simple and small breakfast buffet.

Our stay at Microtel Hotel was overall a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything went smoothly during our stay. My only recommendations would be to upgrade the internet speed for better connectivity, add smart TVs with access to Netflix or other streaming apps, and include a small refrigerator in the rooms for added convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel needs updating. Television was old and was sitting on top of an armoire, which would have made it difficult to watch even if any of the channels could be tuned in. The rooms have no coffee or teapot for hot water.

The room was still clean and very accommodating staffs. Also good thing they have upgraded their appliances at the rooms.

Kinda old but it was Nicely clean.breakfat buffet like a tapsilog and had only a few options. You have to pay extra if you request a cup of tea.

It’s nice but it’s kinda old

This is a very well-run place to stay. It’s good value for the money and the staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. There are not too many other places to stay in this area so it’s a great choice if you need to do business or visit nearby attractions such as the American war memorial. Recommended!

Breakfast and service is terrible. They say it is buffet, but selections is just 3 and most of the time there are no food left replenishment takes more than an hour despite reminders. Facilities in their Bistro were the dining is done is so terrible no table cloth and untidy, wait staff are untidy, not cooperative, and impolite
