My second stay at Bote Hotel in Taizhou was just as impressive as the first. Ideally location, spotless cleanliness and excellent service. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, providing ample comfort. A standout feature is the delicious breakfast buffet.

A nice hotel, breakfast was ok, although coffee machine wasn't working the second morning, but the chef cooking the noodles, wonton, and fried eggs was great. I recommend trying the tea in the lobby beside the lifts, very refreshing and great after a day climbing the nearby baiyun mountain. There's a convenience store across the street for water, and snacks, go eastward along shifu there's an area with lots of local restaurants to try out some local foods.

The TV didn't work... There was no soundproofing... There was no hand soap or hand sanitizer... Just... If you were late for breakfast, most of it would be gone. The only positive thing I have to say is for the noodle cook; she was very dedicated.
