"A bit dated and unkept. Very busy weekend and despite temperatures the pools were not open. There seems to be no polite curfew to maintain peace and quiet for all guests as children were running round our van until nearly midnight. We were also shocked to see a group of young children playing unsupervised with the gym equipment as we left the bar at 10.30pm. There was also loud thumping music playing till 6am although this may not have been on site. When I went to reception to express my concerns the receptionist was extremely rude, insisted none of it happened, refused to give me the managers name or email and just thrust a piece of paper at me with the email for reservations. After that she refused to engage with me any further and waved me away like I was a fly! So much for friendly staff!"

"The hotel was fine. Breakfast was also good. The food was fine. You have to be careful with the variations of certain dishes. For dessert, be careful. Tiramisu is a Talayuela version. It doesn't have sponge cake, it doesn't have mascarpone cheese, it has chocolate ice cream and ground coffee... The staff were quite good, but the kitchen staff weren't presentable. The food is not presentable. If one of them goes, I know, the chef has to pack his bags."
