The room is clean and cosy

The hotel I booked through Ctrip has good facilities and hygienic environment, but why is there an extra charge of 90 pounds when I stay in the hotel? I don’t know how much it is. I thought the deposit will be refunded after leaving the hotel, but it is not the case.

Opposite Cambridge Railway Station, very good location, only five minutes walk away. Downstairs there are many restaurants and facilities are complete. The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the toiletries are complete, and the cleaning is very clean, highly recommended!

I've stayed a few times, even if it's impossible to be satisfied every day, but it's still my only first choice. First of all, it is close to the railway station. There is also a parking lot in the railway station square. There are many different restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. It is only a 15-minute walk from the center and about 16 minutes to Cambridge University, which is very convenient. However, the breakfast variety is the same every day. I lived for a month, and the breakfast in the restaurant does not change every day, so I get tired. The bedding in the room is comfortable, I like the design style very much, it is simple and textured, and the bathroom is also large and comfortable. Such an area is rare in Cambridge.

The room is big, the bed is small, and I like the style too. But the cleaning is not in place. The toilet was not flushed, and there was milk left over from the previous guest in the refrigerator. There are obvious stains around the bed, and the shower will really spray water indiscriminately. It is very close to the train station, but it will also cause vibrations due to the passing of the train. The corridors are poorly soundproofed. In general, it's okay...I don't have much expectation for this kind of hotels in the UK.
