rude staff. average low kind of food. every thing seems to be closed all the time. o beautiful views. feels small and unconfortable. great inside pool. nothing to be iimpress. wont come back

I loved it was great for one night had a lot of fun. I liked the other places around the area but this was a bargain price. Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation. I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying if you have kids keep them close.

Food was very good and plentiful. We had a problem with the location of our room and they gave us a super upgrade at N/C. They were very helpful at the check-in desk. I'd go back.

We, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

Not great

Hairdryers and shampoo are provided. The restaurants seem to rotate daily, and there were only about three places where you could actually eat. You can eat and drink until 3am after check-out. I didn't know this until I checked out, so I had other plans and couldn't use the facilities. Some staff were friendly, while others were cold or annoying. The morning sunrise was beautiful. I think the main attraction was the pool rather than the sea. In fact, most people were playing in the pool.

check-in時會派一張紙，內裏寫有Snacks提供，每日時間下午直至6:00 pm ，第一日5:00去問snacks 回覆沒有提供，第二日5:00 再去問，拒絕我們進入，及回覆因為要準備dinner ，強烈拒絕 不會為客人準備snacks ，最後要向大堂經理反映最後才得到提供，是漢堡包薯條熱狗之類嘅東西，房間是有兩級樓梯進入睡房，如果行動不便的要謹慎考慮！cafe不同時間會提供不同食物，Japan food is no good , 訂不到並不可惜，泳池景觀不夠美麗！
