The room was quite run down. Bathroom both rails were broken, shower curtain moldy and floor tiles were cracked. The bathroom carpet has a musky smell and theres only ONE power point in the whole room to charge.

We managed to leave our luggage at 12 before check in and also for a couple of hours after check out. It was very lovely amd the position was right next to the beach and very close to Palais des Cinemas.

Great location, not so great rooms. If you don’t mind taking steps to level 3 (no lift there) and don’t care about the decor, it’s ok. Not sure if it’s operator (my) fault, but I failed to drain the water from the bath, so no bath for another person was avail.. There is no breakfast on the offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to everything - beach, shops, train station.

Wonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.

I recommend this hotel in Cannes, it has perfect location and facilities!! It is a cost-effective hotel!!

There is no elevator. The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage. His attitude was also very good. It is close to the beach, only 100 meters away. The quadruple room we booked was huge.

Total disappointment for this hotel, requested sea view, you have to lean over to see the sea!! No reception on arrival, you need to telephone to get the door code. No place in front of the hotel entrance to unload luggage, you have to find paid Vinci parking. Functional air conditioning on the first floor but not above. Room on the 2nd, no elevator, unsanitary room, stained carpet, bathroom to be redone with hole in the ceiling. Old bathtub. Air conditioning broken in the room. Window open due to the heat, very noisy street with terrace downstairs until late at night. The breakfast advertised on site at 9€ and at the time of reservation it increased to 10€50!!!!! Incompetent staff the next morning at reception, unable to respond. Hotel to be urgently renovated and training to be done for staff.

Very good price-quality ratio and location, in the heart of Cannes.

Dated motorbike structure, in need of renovation. Third floor without lift, unsuitable with suitcases.

От железнодорожного вокзала 400 метров пешком, супер приветливый персонал, уютные чистые номера. Вернусь сюда еще много раз! Спасибо❤️❤️❤️ PS. Возьмите с собой фен, утюг))) и учтите, что в здании нет лифта
