the hotel provides a 24hrs restaurant and the food for sahur is good. the room is worth it for the payment.

The room type in trip.com does not exist.They don't have 2 single bed and 1 queen bed as stated in your apps.

Nice..n hv breakfast.. not too far from airport..I used grab around below 200 grab cost.. but I hv to early chik out becoz need to on time at KCIC halim station TOWRD to bandung..

The Citi M Hotel is a wonderful hotel. The staff, purely amazing! The staff made me feel like I was at home. Energetic, enthusiastic, and always smiling! The room is comfortable and very nice. Well equipped with everything you need. The air conditioner could use some updating but that’s okay. Wifi was fast and working well. The restaurant downstairs, very delicious as well. I had breakfast and dinner. Very delicious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would come back again. Very comfortable. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

Friendly and helpful staff

Great location near to Gambir Station

This hotel was great in many aspects: firstly the staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Secondly there are two lifts to the rooms. Thirdly rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were clean and tidy with basic amenities available. Fourth last but not least was the restaurant… eating there was a prize of its own. Pure Indonesian taste, clean place, clean kitchen (I took a look), very good spices and a cherry on top for me Bintang beer! We highly recommend this hotel. We had a 1 night stay in a family room 2 adults and 2 kids. P.S. they offer free shuttle bus to Gambir train station

Good service and good breakfast

The hotel is old, but well-maintained. The AC is cold, and there's a wide selection of TV shows, even though it's not a smart TV. The Wi-Fi is slow. The shower in my room leaked a bit, making the bathroom constantly wet. The breakfast was quite tasty, but not very varied. Additional breakfast is IDR 70,000 per person. I was moved to another hotel due to a booking error and the rooms were already full.

The hotel has average room facilities and is relatively old, but the location is quite convenient, just near the Independence Square, and you can walk to the National Museum (now closed for repairs due to a fire, and will reopen next year), the Presidential Palace, the Grand Mosque, the Cathedral and other attractions. The breakfast is simple and average, and the room has a kettle, slippers, and toothbrushes. It is OK for a simple stay.
