Hotel is much older than it looks in the pictures. Dirty and smelly. We had to cut our stay short to one night only.

Great experience. Clean and comfortable with American standard and protocols. The front desk and hospitality team were very helpful. For the same price, you can’t find a better option in the area. Compared to the holiday inn back in the States, it offers great breakfast plus a big selection of Chinese food.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for our stay and helped us enjoy our short 2 night weekend away stay in Changzhou, so thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make that happen. A special mention, however, must go to Chef Lu (卢大厨) for the really amazing breakfasts that both me, a European, and my partner, who is Shanghainese, both found delicious and delightful. Him and his team really are masters of both flavour and customer service, my partner especially agrees we cannot thank him and them enough, they have our trip a magnificent and memorable start to each day.

Moreover, he can become a benchmark within Holiday Inn in the afternoon! I saw that every hotel staff was very professional and always smiling. The hotel's bathroom layout is reasonable. Especially the design of the shower room, which surpasses many peers - the shower head and the glass door are in the same direction, avoiding the common problem of water droplets on the door dripping on the ground when the glass door is opened outwards, which is both embarrassing and unsafe. The slippers in the guest room also show the care of the manager, which is comfortable and the best advertisement. Very good, the hotel TV can cast screen, parking is convenient, and there are many restaurants downstairs! There is plenty of water in the room, and there are free midnight snacks of wontons at night. Although I didn't try it, it is generally good.

I traveled to Changzhou and chose Jiuzhou Holiday Hotel. It was very convenient, with a shopping mall next to it and food. I went to the wildlife park on the first day and it took me more than 20 minutes to get to the hotel by Didi. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, and it is only a few stops to Qingguo Lane and Banshan Bookstore. The hygiene is good and it is very quiet. I am very satisfied with everything.
