"Stayed overnight after a family event and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Very accommodating to my request to check-in early to change after a long drive. Delicious set menu supper. It was a Tues in early Feb, but there were plenty of locals in the restaurant and many obviously regulars. Comfortable room and en suite, spotlessly clean and comfortable with A/C. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Great value. It is a restaurant with rooms in the centre of a bustling but small market town. Some reviewers obviously hadn't done their research if they were expecting anything different. Parking was a bit tricky, but the Sainsburys next door has a big car park with cheap tariff (cash or App payments only). I'd happily recommend and would stay again. "

"First time here but definitely not our last. Couldn’t fault it, beautiful location, spacious, clean and well equipped room and bathroom. We met our hosts and they were so welcoming and helpful without being at all intrusive. We’ve stayed at other places in this area when we visit family but this is our go to in the future. Highly recommend."
