"The luxurious room is only luxurious because It’s big there is marble everywhere, but you can hear all sounds from next rooms, the water is almost quite cold and the flow is really little, the AC regulation is a nightmare, the breakfast buffet is cold and not pleasant for foreigners, and the restaurant atmosphere is cold in winter."
