"Staying at this hotel truly made me feel at home. There's an inscription on their weighing scale that reads: 'A hotel with warm, thoughtful human touches,' and they genuinely deliver on that promise with their passion and exceptional service. On the day of arrival, the butler contacted us in advance to inquire about our arrival time. They even turned on the air conditioning half an hour before we checked in to ensure the most comfortable environment. While checking in at the front desk, the staff meticulously explained the hotel's various services and policies. Because it was late, they thoughtfully offered us sweet roasted sweet potatoes, and their fridge was also stocked with a variety of cold drinks for guests. This hotel is located in the city center's Wuma Street, surrounded by comprehensive commercial facilities and boasting extremely convenient transportation. Both the hotel's soft amenities and hardware are perfectly tailored to guests, with clearly marked hot and cold taps in the shower. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is spot on. The attention to detail in this hotel's service is truly touching for guests. I absolutely have to commend the hotel's customer service butler, front desk staff, and restaurant team."

The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. "Wenzhou was a city I'd never visited before. After browsing many hotels online, mainly around Wuma Street, I finally settled on Wenzhou International Hotel. My reasons were twofold: first, its proximity to Wuma Street and its central downtown location; second, the price met my requirements and the breakfast was excellent. It took just over 20 minutes by taxi from Wenzhou South Station to reach the hotel. Upon check-in, I requested a high floor, and the hotel assigned me to the 21st floor. From my window, I had a panoramic view of Wenzhou's old town. The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were warm and attentive. Getting to attractions like Jiangxinyu Island from the hotel was convenient by taxi, and Wuma Street was only about 100 meters away. After checking out, I went for lunch and the luggage storage process at the front desk was straightforward. Jiangxinyu Island is definitely worth visiting; I even did a watercolor sketch there as a souvenir."

"Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up! Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite. The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that. Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees. Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities."

"My three-day, two-night stay in Wenzhou was absolutely perfect! 1. For two adults and one child, the hotel provided two days of complimentary breakfast for the little one, which was very nice. 2. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, featuring Wenzhou specialties like 'pig offal noodles' (zhu zang fen), glutinous rice, fried rice, and rice noodles, as well as small seafood like pomfret and squid. Everything tasted great; the chef must be quite skilled. Among the many five-star hotels I've stayed in, this breakfast ranks in the upper-middle tier. 3. They offered complimentary desserts in the evening, which were also very tasty. Similar to point 2, the chef here must be very talented. 4. It's very close to the South Station, about a 10-minute drive. It's not very close to the city center, but precisely because of that, the price is a significant advantage. Similar five-star hotels in the city center are generally older and slightly more expensive. Trust me, the price difference is more than enough to cover taxi fares, and it's not far to popular attractions like Wuma Street and Jiangxin Island by taxi. Plus, the experience of a new hotel versus an old one is completely different. 5. Hotel staff always helped open car doors when we were getting in and out of taxis, making us feel right at home. They were always smiling. 6. The hygiene and environment were both excellent. In short, if you're planning a trip to Wenzhou, you can confidently book this hotel. I honestly spent ages comparing hotels before booking this one, and I genuinely recommend it!!!"
