Very good location near the railway station (even though not so convenient when carrying suitcases, as one needs to go through underpass to reach the station). Rooms clean, staff friendly, free coffee very good.

Great location for those who need to catch morning train out of Changsha. Lots of food choices nearby. The room size and amenities are very decent for its price. The breakfast has good variety of choices to cater for both local and international flavors. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful with excellent service.

Good location next to Changsha Railway Station 10mins through the underpass - turn right when entering the station for bullet trains and intercity trains! Solid hotel for quick one night stay on the way from Changsha airport to Zhangjiajie West, did the job. Thank you!

Nicely located besides a MRT station, easy to get around. Many eateries around. Great services and clean.

The location is fantastic. Just opposite the railway station. Service counter staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a very short stay. We arrived very late and had requested a non smoking room however the room had smoke smell. As we had to wake up early the next day, we decided to just tide it through. The entire hallway also Rigged of cigarette smell.

The washing machine is a bonus. Hotel a bit dark. The exit from the subway to hotel has no escalator or lift!!! And you can’t take the escalator across the road and try to cross the road as there is no pedestrian crossing. The only choice is the carry luggage up the stairs!!! Recommend take didi instead of subway to reach hotel.

very helpful and friendly front desk young ladies very tasty rice noodle soup and other delicious varieties as breakfast excellent locations for taking Metro subway and intercity High Speed Train

The room itself was good and the bed was comfortable. No smoke smell. They had some water leak in the hallway, but didn't affect us

Was rebooked here after trip.com cancelled my previous booking. Me and my mom shared a room and it’s ok. But my dad had his own room and there was a ******* (?) who kept calling the room. Not a good experience.

We had a one night stay to freshen up and take a look at Changsha for a bit. The room was clean and spacious. We did our laundry, sadly the dryer didn't work that well. Would still recommend!

Location is really near to the railway station even if the exit to the hotel has no escalator so you how to use your power to get to the hotel 😢. We are arriving for the check-in time, but the staff has it fine the room..
