Cheap Hotels in Milan

"Facilities: Pretty good hotel. Cleanliness: Very good, no issues. Environment: Great, it's an old hotel but the ambiance is nice. Service: We originally booked a twin room, but there was a mistake when we arrived. The front desk immediately waived our parking fee and switched us back."

"The service was excellent. The room size was just right; I could easily open both my 28-inch and 24-inch suitcases flat on the floor. The air conditioning was individually adjustable and kept the room very cool, which was great. The bathroom was also spacious enough, and the toiletries were good quality. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Central Station, but I took a taxi for 8 euros. The hotel breakfast was very rich and delicious. The hotel is only a 7-8 minute walk to the shopping street. A taxi to Milan Cathedral cost 12 euros, and 15 euros for the return trip. Another highlight was the excellent blackout curtains, perfect for someone like me who is sensitive to light. My only complaint is that the guests in the next room came back late at night and were talking loudly in the hallway, opening and closing their door with a lot of noise, and it was the same in the morning. I hope everyone can be more considerate when staying at hotels, speak softly in the hallways, and try to be quiet when returning late or leaving early so as not to disturb others."

"The room was lovely, massive and worth the price. Housekeepers kept it clean whilst I was out exploring, and gave me complimentary bottles of water every day on the desk for me with cups. There’s a lovely restaurant there and the surrounding area was beautiful and with the metro station 15 minutes down the road made it really easy to get into central Milan as well. It was a great experience, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it. Plus, got a nice little balcony outside the rooms."

"Having stayed at the Pipatree B&B on my last visit to Milan, I booked it again almost without hesitation this time around. My previous stay left me with a really good impression of its location and the overall experience. The location is fantastic! The apartment is in a residential area, less than a 5-minute walk from Ponale Metro Station, which makes getting around super convenient. There's an Esselunga supermarket nearby, along with several other grocery stores of varying sizes, so it's easy to pick up daily necessities and groceries. Plus, there's an amazing coffee shop right around the corner! I stayed for three days this time, and every day, whether I was heading out or coming back, everything felt so easy. I didn't have to waste any time figuring out transport or shopping. For anyone visiting Milan for tourism or a short stay, this location is truly practical. The fact that I chose it again for my second trip to Milan really speaks volumes about how much I appreciate this B&B. If I get the chance to come back in the future, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"Very convenient to MXP AIRPORT, and the restaurant was fantastic, but you have to book earlier it might be no space available, especially in weekends."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."

"For the price, the hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 20-euro taxi ride to the Duomo, and the metro is extremely convenient, with the station just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Osteria Molo 13, which I believe is a local seafood chain. They offer a great variety of seafood, including oysters and mussels, and it's excellent value for money. While the breakfast was the same every day, it was actually quite plentiful. The single room wasn't small by Milan standards, and it was clean and very quiet."

"Easy to reach from the highway, good choice of places to have food in the nearby mall. Rooms are fine, not too big but with all the things you need. Underground parking a bit complicate to reach because no direct elevator to lobby or hotel and need to do stairs ( with bags it is not easy). Breakfast served from 7:00 is a bit strange, usually it is 6:30 in working days. WiFi works fine"

"This is a relatively new hotel, so the facilities are modern and the rooms are spacious. They offer a shuttle bus to the exhibition center daily, which is paid but quite convenient. If I attend the exhibition again, I would definitely consider staying here."
