"My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful."

Overall, it was a very good experience, though there were a few minor details I hope they improve. 📍 Location: The hotel's location is super convenient. It really is only about an 8-minute walk from Milan Central Station, which is a big plus for travelers with luggage. We took a taxi to Chinatown, which cost around 13 euros. Getting to Milan Cathedral was also easy – just a few metro stops away, or a taxi for under 13 euros. The transportation cost covers the main sights very well. 🏨 Hotel Facilities: As other reviews mention, the hotel facilities are brand new. The room was clean, tidy, and very well-designed. Switching from those old historical hotels to this one, I immediately felt the convenience and comfort of modern amenities. However, a significant drawback was that the air conditioning's heating wasn't very effective; it felt a bit cold in the room at night. I hope the hotel can check and fix this soon. 🍳 Breakfast & Service: I have to praise the breakfast – the variety was incredible, satisfying both Chinese and Western palates. What's more, all the hotel staff were wonderful, warm, and polite. Whether it was the check-in reception or asking for information, they made me feel very comfortable. 📝 Summary: If you're looking for a modern, clean, and well-located hotel in Milan, this is definitely an excellent choice, especially if you're ready for a change after seeing so much classical European style. I just hope the hotel addresses the air conditioning issue, as a comfortable room temperature is fundamental for a good stay."

It’s a bit far from Milan city center, but the location is very convenient thanks to the nearby metro, which goes directly to San Siro. I would still highly recommend this hotel. If you don’t want to pay for the underground parking, there are also parking spaces outside, which are more affordable."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. "This is a modern, standardized hotel located just a few minutes' walk from Milan Central Station and the subway, with a Carrefour at the end of the street, making its location quite convenient. What I found most inconvenient was the lack of a kettle, slippers, a toothbrush kit, and bedside tables in the room. They only provided two very thin paper cups for brushing teeth daily. Although the room itself wasn't small, it felt rather bare and lacked smooth functionality. The water dispenser in the lobby was out of order for a long time, but bottled water and snacks were available for purchase. The latex mattress on the bed was quite comfortable, but aside from that, there weren't many other positives."

"The service was warm and attentive. The breakfast isn't as good as a 4-star in Paris, but for Italy, it's pretty decent. The croissants were baked perfectly, and you can get freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was very spacious, located between the central station and Milan Cathedral. The M1 line is just a few hundred meters away for direct access, and taxis aren't expensive either. The only downside is that it's street-facing, so you can hear traffic at night, but if you're a heavy sleeper, it won't bother you. Whenever I see a hotel in Europe with mostly elderly Caucasian guests, I know it's a solid choice! 😂"

"First, I must thank the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful. However, regarding the hotel itself, I must provide honest feedback. 1. Room Facilities: The room's style is minimalist, but I found it too simple. There was only a high chair; not a single comfortable chair to recline in. Also, the coat rack couldn't be removed from the rod; you had to put your clothes on, which meant shorter people would definitely need a stool to hang their clothes. 2. Room Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness was acceptable; it was cleaned daily. However, the bathroom constantly emitted a foul odor due to plumbing issues. After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem. 3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room. 4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient. 5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint."

"Opting for a room with a balcony was definitely the right choice! All my requests made during booking were met, and I was given a room with a fantastic view. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower – very comfortable. The location is super convenient, with a metro entrance right outside the hotel. This particular station is also less crowded and very clean. It's incredibly easy to get to the Duomo area and surroundings; in fact, it was so convenient that I ended up taking the metro back to the hotel after shopping. For dining, there's an Ole supermarket nearby, though it's a bit of a walk. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option. Along the way, you'll find plenty of restaurants that are authentic and reasonably priced."
