"This is an older Japanese-style hotel in Ito. The front desk staff are elderly and very kind, patiently explaining how to use the hot springs and yukata. The hotel has a main building and an annex, connected by a corridor on the 5th floor, and the ocean view rooms even offer sunrise views. While the facilities are a bit dated, it's still a great choice considering its convenient location and excellent value for money."

"I originally planned to leave a 5-star review because the hotel itself has a very nice, cozy atmosphere. However, I ended up extremely disappointed due to something being stolen during housekeeping service. I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, so I’m usually very careful. This time, I didn’t bring many valuables with me, so I didn’t lock my suitcase when I went out. I had bought a few items from a drugstore and left them in the room. When I came back, one of the three packages was missing. I assume they didn’t take everything to avoid suspicion. I’m usually very cautious about housekeeping and potential loss of belongings, which is why I selected the “do not disturb / no cleaning” option. However, this hotel requires daily cleaning of the in-room hot spring bath. Since I booked a top-floor room with a private onsen, the front desk informed me that staff would still enter the room to clean it. I never expected that even opened, low-value cosmetics would be taken. The missing items were worth over $60. While it’s not a huge amount, it still feels very upsetting. The hotel itself is fine, but please be very careful with your belongings if you stay here. If you leave the room, make sure to take your valuables with you. The safe in the room is extremely small and cannot hold much. Overall, this experience was very disappointing."

"Followed the navigation for about ten minutes to get there. You take off your shoes at the entrance and change into slippers before entering. Check-in was smooth with instructions in Chinese. We quickly confirmed the dinner and breakfast times and locations. We chose to have it in our room, and they called beforehand to confirm if we were ready. After eating, we just put the dishes back in the box and left it outside the door. Dinner was delicious, and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The portions were also very generous. They offer luggage storage. We went to the hot springs both in the evening and in the morning – so relaxing! Of course, we paid the hot spring tax when checking out. Highly recommend."

"My first hotel in Japan, and I immediately noticed the distinct difference from hotels back home. The elderly gentleman at the front desk was warm, humble, and polite, and they also had brochures with information on Ito's attractions and transportation, available for guests to pick up. The room was very clean and just right for my friend and me. The hotel isn't far from Ito Station, making morning train transfers very convenient. We woke up to mountain views, and the hotel even has a 24-hour coin laundry facility. Overall, it was very convenient in every aspect. Our two-day experience on the Izu Peninsula was fantastic. If I ever revisit Izu, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"The location is a bit remote, on the mountain, but there is a parking lot. It is highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves. Although the setting is relatively old, it is cheap, clean, and very quiet. There is a golf course downstairs, which can provide golf entertainment. The hotel also has hot springs for soaking"

"Take a taxi from the Ito JR taxi station to the ryokan, do not have to pay the fare, the hotel will handle, the drop-off staff will come to check-in a pair of your names, if correct will handle your fare for this journey. After getting off the bus, the staff pushed our luggage into the hotel and greeted us to check in. The person who explained the process and details to us checked in was a very beautiful staff who clearly explained the hotel facilities, meal times and places. After check in you can first go to the lobby location to get a yukata, in addition yukata and hotel clothes in the room plus slippers can be worn at will within the hotel premises. Once you get to the room, the door is very large, is super large, and there is a private bath can slowly soak, the hotel has a interesting thing is you can design your own slippers, because afraid of people to the public bath will forget their slippers, so there is a black marker for you to design slippers. After walking around the hotel premises, taking pictures, then back to the room to soak in the hot spring, at night to the restaurant to enjoy a delicious dinner, the service staff asked us to communicate in English or Japanese, we said English, he then tried to explain in English all the ingredients for dinner, how to eat and so on. Overall, this hotel is very comfortable, quiet, 14:00 check in can stay until the next day at the latest 12:00 check out, can stay more time in the hotel to soak in the hot spring and rest, and the hotel provides skincare is very useful, and after the hot spring in the room like that Cider is particularly good to drink, really spent a very satisfying journey."

"On the first day, we arrived at JR Ito Station after 6 PM. I tried calling the hotel but no one answered, so we had to take the Ito Kyuko Line. After getting off, we walked for over ten minutes with our luggage. Both of us are over seventy, and we were quite exhausted. I suggest extending the pick-up service until 8 PM. However, after checking in, we were very satisfied with all the services."

"Beautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!"
