"First and foremost, a huge and sincere thank you to the staff! 🌹 I accidentally left my bag in the dining area overnight and only realized it the next morning... I felt like my world was falling apart! 🤣 I immediately rushed to the front desk to ask if a bag had been found, not really expecting much. But when the staff member asked for my room number, a glimmer of hope appeared. Then, she appeared before me with my bag, and I was so emotional I almost cried! Thank you again! 💐 You truly showed me what honesty, security, and genuine kindness mean. The hotel itself is super convenient, just about 200 meters from JR Sannomiya Station. Everything you could need is nearby, and it's so easy to get anywhere by JR. When we left, the Limousine Bus stop for Kansai Airport was also close, within 500-600 meters, making our departure seamless. From 5 PM to 8 PM, there's a fantastic happy hour with free drinks and snacks. We enjoyed it for all three days of our stay – great atmosphere! It really added to the fun of our visit 🥐🧇🥜🍪🍫🧈🥂🍭. While the room wasn't huge, for us, as sightseers not laden with shopping bags, the size was perfectly adequate. Another thing to praise -> I booked a king room for 2 adults and 1 child. On the day of check-in, I didn't even mention anything, just checked in normally. When I opened the door, the room had one small bed and one large bed! 👏👏👏 (Perhaps when they copied our passports, they noticed our child was older and thought two beds would be better). A massive THANK YOU! 🌹🌹🌹 All in all, if I have the chance to visit Kobe again, I will definitely choose to stay here!"

"The hotel is nestled in Meriken Park, offering truly stunning views; the hotel itself is a scenic spot. The room size and facilities met expectations. I had researched beforehand and booked an East-facing room. I made a mistake when booking and ended up with a non-refundable special offer room, which was slightly smaller. However, the bed faced the balcony, so if you're an early riser, you can actually catch the sunrise from this room. The only downside is that the hotel might have been open for a while and hasn't been maintained very well. The cleanliness wasn't ideal, especially for Japan. There was a lot of dust on the ceiling directly above the air conditioning vent, which looked a bit messy. I hope the hotel pays more attention to these details. I had read in guides that it's best to take the shuttle bus or a taxi to the hotel because it's uphill and inconvenient with luggage. However, there's an escalator to the left of the hotel, which is perfectly fine for carrying suitcases. Just be aware that it stops operating after a certain time at night, so keep that in mind when checking in. Due to a flight delay, we were supposed to arrive at 4 PM, but it got pushed to the evening. We landed quickly, took the airport bus to Sannomiya, and easily found the hotel shuttle pick-up point. We were lucky to catch the 10:30 PM hotel shuttle. Upon arrival, we also bought some food and drinks at the convenience store on the first floor of the hotel lobby. This is the only convenience store in the vicinity, and it closes at 11 PM. Overall, the highlight of this hotel is its scenery. You can take your time to fully appreciate the beauty of Kobe Port – it's an experience worth having. The drawback is that it's a bit far from Sannomiya's shopping centers, which can affect your subsequent plans."

"Taking the bus from Kansai Airport, it's not a long walk from Sannomiya Station. However, we initially went to the wrong hotel, finding another one by mistake. The hotel is located in a bustling market, which is very convenient. It's right behind Nanjingmachi (Chinatown) and extremely close to the seaside and Sannomiya. The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff who were very polite. The room was also quiet, and the toiletries were excellent. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store to the left. A 5-minute walk to the right will take you to Daimaru Department Store. We stayed for three days and were very satisfied. If we come to Kobe again, we'll likely stay here."

"Stayed here 2 days before my Kobe cruise and it was good enough to rebook for another 3 days after we returned. The hotel is quiet new and located on top of the sannomiya station, giving underground access to most trains and shopping malls nearby. It's basically the center of Kobe. Exits are 1st floor to the street and 2nd floor to station. Reception is 17th floor. Rooms are slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan. Even number room gives you the larger massage machine but room is smaller than odd numbered rooms. These have a smaller massage chair but bigger space and faces the port terminal if you have a cruise ship waiting. They provide amenities, coffee and tea at 17th floor. Did not try the breakfast but there is a convenient store on 2nd floor of the station, near the hotel exit - lots if sandwiches and snacks here. There're hundreds of restaurants and malls underground and you'll get lost most of the time so look for entrance A1 and A2 to get back. Airport bus from kansai stops 200m away and bus to the airport departs 100m from the station. Most of the highest rated restaurants are not more than 400m from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again."

"Great location. It has the usual sleeping gown, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. It even had cleansing oil, toner. There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside."

"The facilities are simply perfect. The front desk on the second floor has a bar that offers 2 glasses of wine or sake for 300 JPY. Free soft drinks are available from 3 PM to 10 PM, and you can chat, relax, or even work in the restaurant area. The room is spacious and not cramped at all; I could open a 30-inch suitcase without obstructing movement. "Staying in Kobe for a night, I booked this hotel after reading reviews that it's close to Sannomiya Station and relatively new. It was super convenient coming from Kansai Airport; I took the airport bus directly to the Sannomiya bus terminal, and after getting off, it was less than a 10-minute walk with Google Maps. Getting to JR Sannomiya Station from the hotel takes a maximum of 5 minutes, and the Hanshin Line is less than 10 minutes away – both are very close! There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and a 7-Eleven right next door. If you walk out the main hotel entrance and turn left, there's a cute dessert shop called Dorsia about five minutes away. Plus, it's not far from the Sannomiya shopping district, so you can easily walk there. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but in a double room, there was no problem opening a 26-inch suitcase."

"This hotel is in a prime, bustling location in Kobe, surrounded by luxury brands downstairs, making it super convenient to get around. The room wasn't as old as I expected and was quite spacious. The 'harbor view' was pretty much non-existent though. Amenities and bedding were excellent. Interestingly, check-in is on the top floor, where all the restaurants are located too, and it gets quite busy with diners."

"This hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Motomachi Station on the JR line in central Kobe. They even have a natural hot spring bath, free ice cream, Yakult, and ramen for a late-night snack! However, because it's so popular and there are a lot of guests, you often have to queue for breakfast. On a few days, if we went a bit later, there were no seats left, and we missed out on breakfast entirely."
