"I've stayed here many times, and it's the best hotel in the province. The hotel is clean and smells good, and the toiletries have a pleasant scent. However, my most recent stay, especially on the night before I checked out, wasn't as satisfying. There were guests from Malaysia who brought supercars and blocked the hotel entrance. The front parking area was exclusively reserved for supercars, while other cars were directed to park on the other side, which was quite a walk. Early in the morning, the sound of the supercars' engines was incredibly loud. I found it quite unappealing that the hotel didn't stop this and seemed to give preferential treatment to the Malaysian guests."

"Great location with easy access to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, especially during the hotter parts of the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Close to the train station, affordable, easy to find food, and has a lift. Cons: Noisy, a very eerie atmosphere, dusty, musty smell, the hallway is quite dark at night (understandable for saving electricity). The lights in the room couldn't be used to charge phones simultaneously; otherwise, the power would trip. I'm not sure if this applies to other rooms. I understand these drawbacks because the place is very old. It's better suited for an emergency stay with a friend. All the pros and cons mentioned in this review were things I had already accepted before checking in. I just wanted to provide an honest review. Regardless, it's still a place to crash."

"The room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient. There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas. Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here."

"City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already."

"This hotel is in a rural area, so it is very difficult to get there. We had a hard time finding Grab or Bolt to travel and return. Our room was clean with a view in front of the lake. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, it was great for a walk during sunset. The only thing that bothers us a little during our stay was the strange noises in our room at night, probably some small animals... Overall we enjoyed our stay there."
