"Despite arriving late on the first night of Bayram we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Our every need was anticipated and thst seems to be thd theme of this hotel - they seem to have thought of everything. We had a lovely large room which was modern and fresh with beautiful fixtures and fittings. The bed was so comfortable and we had a big fluffy duvet. The bathroom was very large and well designed. It was spotlessly clean. In the morning the breakfast was absolutely super, presented beautifully and everything of the best quality. It was stunning. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The whole stay was absolutely top notch and we had no criticisms at all. We will definitely come back!"

"Отличный отель, рекомендую, жаль что не было времени задержаться на большее количество дней, чистый, светлый и главное уютный небольшой отель, бассейн с тёплой водой, уютный дворик, номера чистые, довольно просторные, по русски не говоря, девушка на ресепшн говорит на английском, без знания языка, быстро и легко заселились, всё довольно просто и понятно. Отдельное внимание - завтраки, в уютной беседке во дворе, на фоне гор, омлет, овощи, сыры, оливки, фрукты. В этот отель я бы вернулась!"

Complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room to our surprise. They also proactively asked for our check in timing and help us with our luggage from car drop off area which we highly appreciate. There were also breakfast in the morning with decent selection. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and definitely will stay this place if we ever visit again🌟"

"October 2024. Small suite with a view. The hotel is small, the territory is very green. Clean. Its own beach area: a platform with 2 descents, a pontoon in the sea - convenient for diving. Restaurant - on the beach: breakfasts, dinners by the sea - it's magical! Breakfast - buffet: the set is not big, but exclusively what everyone eats for breakfast: omelet, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives, herbs, waffles, cereal, yogurt. Everything is delicious. The waiters rustle. There is no feeling of a canteen. All day you can order food from the menu (in Russian). The prices are not much higher than Porridge, but the portions are huge - you can safely have one for two. But the best thing is the beach area !!! Beach towels are given out in any quantity. You don't want to leave! In October, the sea is warm, there are not many people, but not empty either. Comfortable. The service is felt - the staff is courteous. You can get to Porridge by minibus from the main road. I highly recommend the hotel!"

"Beautiful, surrounded by trees comfortable small hotel, where from you can get to both Patara ancient city and the beach, Kaš and plenty of other worth seeing places. Surely, with a car the travelling will be faster:) Thanks to friendly Gokhan and the members of his team for helping us and giving all possible advice and support. Wish to see you all again!"

"A charming hotel perfectly situated on a peninsula, offering breathtaking sea views. Breakfasts were a definite highlight – delicious and varied. The staff were friendly, and the rooms, though small, were cozy and clean, equipped with everything needed (my only suggestion would be a few more hangers). A lovely bonus was the beautiful complimentary beach bags for guests :) The only drawback for me was the late-night noise from the adjacent hostel and a restaurant that stays open until midnight. It made it impossible to get to sleep early, which was important to me."

"A very cozy place with lovely people. We arrived off-season, so there was no buffet, but the breakfast was delicious and varied. We asked for a blanket, and they brought us extras. "We had a lovely stay at SeaTown Hotel! We checked in very late at night but luckily the hotel has free and available parking for their guests! We were assisted with our bags and the check-in process went smoothly. The room is spacious, clean and very modern. The room and bathroom has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. "This hotel is visually very appealing: new, with excellent renovations and design. It's a pleasure to be in the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast area. It’s about a 7-minute leisurely walk to the city center, and also about 7 minutes to the amphitheater (I highly recommend going there in the evening; there's live music, and it's very soulful and cozy). Breakfast isn't a buffet; rather, the hotel staff prepare it for you themselves (eggs as you like, bread, cheese, honey, vegetables, a couple of fruit slices, a hot sandwich, a piece of cake, coffee, water, juices). Parking: The hotel has a few designated spots. When we arrived, they were occupied, but we were able to park our car in a general area nearby. However, there's one significant drawback, due to which I cannot recommend this hotel to light sleepers if you want to get a good night's rest. First, we stayed on the first floor, and our window faced the road. While the road isn't very busy, cars would pass by periodically, and it felt like they were driving right next to us. I couldn't fall asleep until about 3 AM because of this (even with the window closed), and I woke up at 6 AM when the first cars and roosters made their presence known. Second, there's almost no sound insulation from the corridor: we were located near the hotel entrance and the elevator. Everything guests said while waiting for the elevator, their steps on the stairs and in the corridor, all of it was audible even through good earplugs. Third, the curtain isn't blackout, so the sunrise will wake you up if you're sensitive to light but can't sleep with an eye mask. Fourth, the bed is quite small for a couple (we had a standard room), and each person only gets one very thin pillow – it was uncomfortable trying to sleep."
