The room was quite spacious (though the bathtub's location felt a bit awkward). Overall cleanliness was good; the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job and ensured all amenities were fully restocked. The butler service was excellent, very thoughtful and attentive. They reached out on WeChat in advance to ask about our needs. As I was traveling with both elderly family members and children, I specifically requested a non-smoking room on the same floor, and they successfully accommodated all these requests. We stayed on the executive floor, which came with executive lounge benefits like complimentary afternoon tea and dinner – a really nice perk.
