overall excellent

Location is a bit distant from the beach and a bit difficult to access. Parking was OK. The room was a bit small but was well maintained and everything worked fine. For me the worst aspect of the stay was breakfast. I asked for scrambled eggs but the staff said all that was available was greasy fried eggs. As the 2 breakfast staff were just standing at the reception area perhaps they could have been more helpful. Thats the first hotel in Thailand that I have stayed in that do not give you a choice of scrambled, omelette or even eggs over easy. For the price it was reasonable excepting breakfast Other food choices were very limited unless you eat pork, which I dont.

"The service and stay at the hotel were good. The room was clean, and the location was close to Nong Mon Market and the aquarium. However, there were a few issues. The room was not soundproof; I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, when the room door was closed, it made a loud noise, almost like the building was going to collapse. I was startled awake every time someone closed a door."

When I checked in, the staff were not careful in searching for customer information. Once I couldn't find information, I threw it to the customer to contact the trip.com

Very good impression as we drove in to find sufficient car parking spaces available and many of them undercover to keep the car from getting too hot. The room was of a very good size a large king size bed and plenty of space and a nice bench with chairs where you could eat a snack. Large bathroom with a very efficient shower with good hot water. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of cooked items to suit all tastes.

I stayed at Primetime Hotel from March 19 to 20, and my experience was quite positive. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was consistently praised for its quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, some minor issues were noted, such as occasional noise disturbances and slightly dim lighting in the rooms. Despite these, the overall value for money was excellent. I would recommend Primetime Hotel for couples and solo travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

Good Location ,, Nice room and Standard Breakfast its worth with money that we paid …

The room is clean, quite large. At night there’s a bit noise from the street but fine for me. Breakfast was great. I think all worth the money. I’d back there again.

Great location in the city center. Excellent breakfast which we did not expect this kind of quality. Only thing that housekeeping no greeting no response during stay. Price is so so only.

Horrible feeling.  Despite that it was a VIP room, but…. Very bad experience.  1. Big Cockroach came out middle of the night when sleeping.  2. Whole night the room was so noisy because of closeby machinery running all night long. Unable to sleep at all.  3. The wash basin and water tap were not properly cleaned. Saw left over tooth paste stain from previous guest.  4. Poor room sound proof. Other hotel guest who slammed the hotel room door so loudly till it distracted my sleep.  5. Limited parking lots available and had to park on the pavement because came back after 23:00 night.  6. Breakfast choice is very limited and food is cold.  Overall, price is cheap but definitely not worth with the so called VIP Room service at all.

The room is spacious, a bit dusty but overall clean. The location is near the main road, easy to travel, near 7-11 and restaurants. There is a refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave. The air conditioner is cold but the remote control can't be used far away, you have to use it very close. The TV is big but not a smart TV. The room I got had a water heater that didn't work very well, making it very cold to take a shower. It was the worst.

The room was quite nice with a big size, enough for 2 people to fit in. The staff is quite helpfull. The parking is very large and tidy. The breakfast, I didn't expect anything to be honest, it was really good! With many various different type of foods. Me and my brother really enjoyed till the last minute! I didn't expect this place to be this good. The location is also good too. Will definitely recommend to others and come back on my own for sure!
