Located really central it is easy and comfortable to reach. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was big and clean. View from the room was ok.

Overall the hotel was ok, it is a few floors in a larger commercial building. The location is excellent, it is within the shopping/eating area and main square, and a convenient walk to subway (not super close, but within 15 minutes). We enjoyed the night view, and I used the bathtub which was enjoyable. I will warn that the photos online are misleading, the rooms are not as luxurious and there is a ledge around the room - I knew this from the reviews going into it so was not shocked or upset, but I think for the price you may be able to find a better lodging. They upgraded and switched our rooms at my request for a better view so that we could see the night lights and prominent building in the photo I have attached, not all rooms have as nice of a view even the featured rooms. Service was fine, no complaints and overall pretty clean room.

The hotel is old and not clean. No room card required for access the floor which is unsafe. The location is very good. You can easily access to the nearby attractions with walkable distance. The view is just so so cause I only got the lower floor room. But I paid extra money for the 270 degree view which is kinda disappointed. The furnitures are old and and has stains. At least the bed sheets are clean. Some of the lights, air conditioner, and projectors are not working.

We asked for the corner room, with a bathtub and voews to the city. It didn’t disappoint! The location of the hotel is very centric, in Jiefangbei. The beds are extra confortable and huge. The only problem is you habe 3 elevators for 52 floors and it can take up to 15 minutes to manage to go up or down. I would totally recommend this hotel for a stay in Chongqing!

Good place. Lifts take a while because of so many people. The faster way to go down is to to go up to floor 36 and take the express elevator to floor 1

Horrible stay, and Worse hotel and this was a big regret I couldn’t cancel the booking for 3 nights stay. Your scheduled was too early and back to hotel late. Over priced at what the hotel offered. Do not trust the panoramic view of the room I have stayed. It’s a false ad. See my photos for real. Cleaning was a disaster. Hot water were stop on my last day stay. Absolutely want to ask for refunds. Technically it is not a hotel. It carries 2-3 floors inside a chaos building, had very casual reception don’t even run after midnight. No lights and no one to help if you arrive late with flight delays. You call the staff in their bedtime when no one can checkin and when there’s no hot water for shower. Horrible

Highly recommended this as the customer service was super excellent. The front desk staff offered to help us to do laundry when the washing machine was still in used and we’re about to go out. The room was also super clean and new. And able see the city view from the room. The location also nice, walking distance to the Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and Bayi food street. Will choose the hotel again if revisit Chongqing. I accidentally left my jacket in the hotel and they contacted me as soon as they found out and told me how to send it to me as efficient and soonest. Really appreciate such lengthy help from them.

Very nice room and friendly front desk. They gave us a free room upgrade and we also had a very nice bathtub. We reached out to the front desk several times via WeChat for help in booking tickets or finding good restaurant option. They always immediately replied with very helpful hints. Overall everything was awesome. Rooms have been very clean and shampoo and soap smells very nice

The hotel is quite good located. However we pick the panoramic room thinking it would be like the photo one but it was clearly not. The photo of the outside doesn't match the reality. Quite disappointed in this sense. For the rest was okay.

Location is good. Hotel staff answered our queries and provided useful info via Wechat. There dont seem to have any amenities. The picture given in trip.com on the hotel room window is unreal (Pic 3 shows the reality). There is only one shared door between the toilet and the bathroom (pic 1). There isnt a door at the entrance to the bathroom/toilet (pic 2). The room seems old and quite dusty around the corners.
