The hotel is in an excellent location — just steps away from the BTS station, right in front of the building. Extremely convenient for getting around. There are plenty of food options, cafes, and shopping spots nearby. The staff are very polite, friendly, and provide great service. I felt warmly welcomed from the moment I checked in. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable — I had a great night’s sleep. Perfect for both relaxation and business trips. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean room with good location and good service for the price paid. However, the air ventilation in the room is not good, during mornings the air con will start to blow hot air.

Family room is very clean. The location is blast! It is at the center closed to time square so we can travel to many places so easy. We might comeback here again next time for sure!!!👍🏻👍🏻

Good and clean

Really amazing location right in the centre of things! Also near to subway station and supermarket. Really enjoyed my stay here! Room was large, clean, bed comfortable. Free waters and daily room cleans. The lift issue really was fine - not as bad as other reviews have portrayed. Would probably avoid breakfast though if you are used to western options - the coffee could also be improved from just instant. Overall was great and would book again. Value for money.

Overall was OK. The location is right in front of Jiangfangbei but they are only 3 elevator available for this building with 10+ hotels.

The hotel is very good, clean, good location and reasonable price

The staffs at the reception desk are cheerful, friendly and go out of the way to assist in ny requests. Front desk reception is a vital part in your hotel presentation to the guests to whom I am most fortunate. Staff like Ms Lee 李紅 attended well and Mr. Tan 陳 also went out of his way to help and I found your other staff are equally capable as well. The hotel location is extremely central and convenient to explore around the touristy places nearby. The Metro is also at its doorstep and provided convenient means of transport as well. I hope to return in the foreseeable future with my family. Thank you and best regards.

Breakfast is good but not enough space to sit down, very chaotic. Location is amazing.

Hotel is housed in a skyscraper building full of other hotels, each occpying different floors with common main frontage served by 4 lifts. Directly infront of the hotel are (1) metro exit/entrance, (2) taxi station (3) travel agents both inside and out the hotels. Directly to the left of the exit is the predestination streer with the Liberation Square approximately 640 M down and the cable car and the bridge (with train running below) which goes across the river 600/700 down towards the left and going down further from there is the river whaft and Chao Tien Mein (Raffles City). Going towards the right side from liberation square is the stoe cave multi stories shopping complex. Eateries are all over the place. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel has servived laundry facilities on a first come first serve basis operating from 8 am to 10 pm (same as other hotel in China where such a service is provided). Breakfast is Chinese with good range of food.

The hotel's location is strategic. Room is clean. Helpful receptionist. You have to reset the card at the receptionist everyday though. And anything extra needs to be paid.
