After you stayed for the first night, you felt a little noisy. The next day, the front desk changed you to a room of the same price on the sixth floor. You felt that the room on the sixth floor was smaller than the eighteenth floor, so you asked to change back. The two rooms are the same size, but the decoration style and facilities are different. You want a bigger room, and the hotel upgraded you to the Jirui room type for free, which is larger than the Jimmy you booked. Since the room attendant accidentally opened your door the next morning, it was indeed our mistake. We have been actively dealing with the reflected problems and have been apologizing to you. In order to express our apologies, the hotel's solution is a 10% discount on the room rate for your 4 nights. You later asked to delay check-out for half a day, and the hotel also agreed to delay check-out for half a day for free. The solution will be terminated at check-out. Until you go back, contact us through Ctrip and ask the hotel to handle all the four nights' room charges for free. The hotel really cannot meet your requirements.
