The service at this five-star hotel was indeed excellent, and the environment was well-maintained. However, it's inappropriate to turn off the main air conditioning to save on electricity. They told guests it was a fresh air system, but this is a five-star hotel where even the cheapest room starts at 600 yuan per night. When guests complained about the air conditioning being too hot, the front desk's response was simply to tell them to open a window or bring a fan. Why book a five-star hotel then? Especially since it was raining that day, telling guests to open a window is illogical. The poolside shop was also bizarre. Electronic billboards on each floor listed adult swimming caps at 58 yuan, but when purchasing them at the pool, they were 68 yuan. The staff said the prices were wrong, which is incredibly negligent. The staff even thanked us for noticing the price discrepancy… For a five-star hotel, these are very basic mistakes. Frankly, even with friendly staff, I wouldn't want to stay here again.
