Good location. Provides the essentials needed for a short stay.

A pleasant place for a short stay. It's a bit "out of the central area" but a 30 minute walk to the station. Rooms have a small kitchette but lacking basic crockery etc. A convenience store next door is useful. Our room was on 11th floor so away from street noice and with lovely sunset views over the city and mountains

Very good accomodation if u like privacy. Small city and near to tourist attractions.

A nice hotel in town with car park. The rooms are clean and have the necessities. This is a basic hotel in convenient location.

It was my first business trip to Chuncheon and I arrived late. It was great to have a quick check-in and a perfect facility to use alone. It was especially nice to have a washing machine.

Comfortable stay. Staff from parking and reception were very nice and helpful.

I chose this hotel because there is a washing machine in the room to do laundry. However after washing the clothes there was no way to properly dry the clothes. The hotel does not provide dryer. The only thing that the staff could do was to provide extra 5 hangers but there was no proper place to hang the clothes.

Need to request room cleaning at front desk. They didn't respond to pressing the 'Make Up Room' button in the room. Bed could do with a better mattress- not very comfortable. Quite noisy as could hear other guests at night. Apart from that, decent place to stay.

Comfortable 2N stay

Hotel is actually an officetel, with very small space. However suitable for us as we are looking for a place to stay. There is a convenient store on the 1st floor, and another just outside the building. Also there are restaurants nearby which is convenient. The front office staff gave us a set of body wash, body lotion, and hand cream when we checked in, he said it's a free gift. The hotel has a parking tower on the same building however it cannot fit in an SUV car, so we have to park in a building that is about 100m away. Upon check-out the front office gave us parking coupons to pay for the parking fee.

Control of warm and cold water is problem. I either got hot water which would burn my skin or cold. They will need to fix this.

the hotel was ok. the location was a little bit further outside then expected. the english level of the receptionist should have been more proficient
