Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Clichy Reviews

There was no service during our 4 nights stay in this aparthotel, we were told we have to throw the garbage to a designated room. The location is okay, had to walk about 10min+ to the main subway station. The rooms were clean and spacious, however, due to the bad design of the shower room, there was no bath tub and no shower curtain, the floor was always wet throughout our stay. One of the staff at the counter was not very friendly, very reluctant when we need some assistance.

I stay july 2023 for 9 night , the last day suddenly AC got problem so they immediately change my room to have better AC access! Save money and enjoy more ✨🤚🏼

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment which unfortunately, was told not available at 8+pm. Considering we had arrived at the hotel 8+am that morning from our flight, surely they knew we needed our room when we return from our city tour in the night! There was no kettle in the room so we had to get our hot water from the breakfast room in the morning. When we asked for kettles, we were told they ran out of them. We ended up buying water from nearby marts. The train stations were 10min walk away. We had a number of kids in the group so understandably it took us longer than that. The way the shower area was built is weird. We had to be extra careful so that water didn’t get splash everywhere outside the shower area! I wish I had taken a pic. Not a place I will want to return. We had done adagio in another part of Paris and the experience was much better.

The gentleman at reception is haughty and exceptionally arrogant! Cold welcome, behavior that is truly unworthy of a hotel receptionist.

For stays of less than a week, they only provide one small and one large towel and ask you to dry them before use, which may be a bit sensitive for those who are sensitive. If you need more, you can pay 6 euros to get more, but... I'm a little worried. Other than that, it doesn't seem bad for a short stay.

The hotel is OK. There is a password at the entrance. I booked a standard room with a kitchen. The room has kitchenware, microwave, induction cooker, tableware, refrigerator, which feels good. I don't have high requirements. It's far from the subway station. I heard from customers that it's not safe nearby at night, but I don't know if I've been out at night. I didn't encounter any problems when I went out during the day. The nearby supermarket is more than a kilometer away.

The aparthotel is located in the Clichy-Batignolles area, which was extensively rebuilt in 2018-2020. A five-minute walk from the metro station line 13, to the center of Paris by metro 25-30 minutes. The rooms are small but cozy, clean linen, crockery, drip coffee maker and hob available. There is no kettle in the rooms, and the diameter of the dishes in the room does not allow cooking on two burners at the same time. Housekeeping is included in the price for stays of seven days or more, so I recommend that you take out food waste immediately. :)
