"This hotel is absolutely terrible. They couldn't find my reservation when I arrived, and they actually entered my room without my permission. I'm shocked that an Ibis hotel, a chain, would be like this. It's truly abysmal. I booked a twin room, but because I was staying alone, they charged me double the tax. They must be desperate for money."

I've never seen such capricious staff; they made us wait until 3:00 AM and then let us check in at 10:00 AM, 5 minutes late. I chose this hotel because of its central location, but I've seen that there are much nicer, higher-quality hotels in the area; you might want to choose one of those instead."
